Dr. Hans-Georg Maaßen, former President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and Chairman of the WerteUnion in the CDU/CSU in an in-depth interview. In this thirty-minute interview, he explains how he plans to bring about a political turnaround by splitting from the CDU/CSU. He answers questions about the party's goals, possible cooperation with other parties, financing and personnel. Answers to questions about the controlled opposition and how he wants to rid the country of professional politicians can be heard in the interview. Perhaps the most exciting political project since the Green Party was founded on January 13, 1980. I recorded the interview today on Saturday, 6.1.2024, 17:00. It is available exclusively on clubderklarenworte.de for you as Annual subscriber can be heard here immediately. Witness the birth of a possible change in the political landscape in Germany.
Here see a detailed interview portrait by Hans-Georg Maaßen, shot on the streets of Berlin in November 2020. The film is still highly topical today because it already reveals the thorn in the flesh of the CDU. Looking back, a historical film portrait of the man who is now setting out to change the party landscape in Germany.

When the mainstream grumbles, even Alice Weidel buckles.
(Dismissal of an employee because of the 'Wannsee Conference').
The AFD on the way to cancel culture.
All the best for Mr. Maaßen .
Or is he already starting to do that?
Well, man, don't complain, there are rules everywhere.
You certainly don't know the background and the AFD isn't the panacea either, but at the moment they are the only ones who can still think clearly. That should be enough for now ....
Typically German! Instead of strengthening the only real opposition party, a splinter party is being formed to weaken it.
I was initially surprised by the rejections of Mr. Krall and Mr. Otte. Mr. Maassen is probably aiming for a softer approach. Well, why not? We shall see. In any case, I wish the new party every success.
Good luck collecting signatures, approx. 1000 per federal state etc.
approx. 100 committed people for the street campaign etc etc
why Maaßen and Krall didn't join the Alliance for Germany or the AfD is probably down to ego.
I wish them success, but I don't believe in it. Especially not that many CDU members are now switching with flying colors. It is even said that not even the Union of Values itself is coming completely - e.g. Saxony.
Many people still consider the AfD to be staffed by politicians who used to belong to the NPD and the like, regardless of what the media currently brand as Nazi, right-wing, racist.
That is why we need a party that does not count this clientele among its membership, so that voters can then choose a party that they would not just vote for out of protest.
Yes, the ego stands to suspect. Doing pirouettes instead of going to the flag.
A light at the end of the tunnel.
As a transition to a state freed from party dictatorship, the founding of parties of the old Union of Values makes perfect sense. The future will be global states that serve the people and no one else. Freedom with a low state quota will bring peace to the world.
Finally someone who is giving Germany a face in the spirit of Adenauer, Brandt, Schmidt and Kohl. I wish Dr. Maaßen all the best, success and stamina. Let's get the German train back on the tracks and head full steam ahead into the future. We will do it!
have been waiting for years for the Values Union to break away from this no longer Christian democratic party.
wish you every success and you have my vote.
unfortunately I am already over 70 years young and unfortunately I no longer have any assets.
otherwise I would have joined their party immediately.
