Both papers are documents of contemporary history. They document the struggle for the continued existence of the ideas, values and norms of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is in intensive care. Thank goodness the intensive care beds are not empty. I'm not so sure about wind power. Because if you swim against the current, you need more tailwind.

The Basic Law is already dead and can be buried. We should take care of a proper constitution. That is already in the works, by the way, at the Constituent Assembly.
And what about the perspective of those who are actually seriously ill? Even if the proportion of the total incidence is in the single-digit percentage range...it is not a fake, but a really dangerous clinical picture...With shortness of breath due to impaired gas exchange in the lungs due to inflammatory thickened membrane (interstitial pneumonia) oxygen saturation too low - intubation required - full of fear - phoning relatives again - shortness of breath alone already triggers fear...Covid disease means being isolated...Intubated and ventilated, the person does not notice so much...Visiting relatives? Not a chance. Long-term ventilation makes a tracheotomy necessary. Prone position...fever that makes the walls shake - nothing to bring it down. 40, 42, 43°C. The protein boils away. Weaning from ventilation with stabilization of the condition over weeks. Weaning.
And when someone dies, they are packed in a virus-proof bag - the nursing staff have to do that. They are - thank God - now vaccinated and don't have to worry so much about catching the virus and dying afterwards or endangering their own family... In any case, it's different.
And then there is not just one patient with this clinical picture, but 4,5,6 - in larger hospitals there were also 60 within 3 weeks last spring...all with the same diagnosis.
Even if the presentation of the overall picture focuses on these shocking impressions and thus distorts the overall picture (because only a small percentage are seriously ill - which is also relative and can be seen -) then this - currently global - reality must not be ignored. I do think that the struggle to come to terms with the situation is moving our politicians. It is even more important to stay on course on the high seas, and democratic foundations need to be protected in particular during a crisis - especially then.
I am grateful to Mr. Irmer for voting no to the new amendment to the IfSG. Politicians must act - but please in a targeted and sensible manner...taking into account various specialist perspectives...and respecting the Basic Law...
Oh my goodness. Have you ever seen pictures of dead people in traffic? In close-up! Or those of plane crashes? Or of ... You can hold the camera's magnifying glass on everything and then derive measures from the image of the exceptional situation. Car traffic at a standstill. Airplanes stay on the ground. Full-body condoms when leaving the home. What kind of life is it when you always have the worst-case scenario in your head because a camera was pointing at it? A sense of proportion is more important today than ever before. And a bit of statistics can also help. Of course it can happen to me, it always has. He had forbidden his people to be tested and vaccinated and was admonished by the WHO. The vaccine lobby is losing billions of dollars as a result.
We keep ourselves healthy with grapefruit seed extract, which is also a powerful weapon against viruses and bacteria. I am 78 years old and don't take any conventional medication because I want to stay healthy. The answer, dear Peter, is probably the same as the answer to the question of why Formula 1 is becoming ever safer and at the same time ever more boring. This sometimes even goes as far as endangering traffic, for example when traffic on highways is slowed down to 60...80 km/h because of marginal, barely noticeable road damage or even traffic controls, and in many cases even without sufficient speed funnels. Or when 4...5 local roads in a row are restricted to 30 km/h from 10 p.m., but the next and last one is restricted all day. The mayor in question in North Hesse even freely admitted in a radio interview that this trap mainly serves to improve municipal finances rather than road safety. I know drivers who take "environmentally friendly" long detours via highways to avoid this trap. The same probably applies to this legislative package. According to the Federal Government's stupidly naive coronavirus policy, the state needs money, which it ruthlessly takes from the citizens. If the citizens are smart, they will mercilessly cut off the state's money supply. I have been driving cars and motorcycles since 1981, not slowly and sometimes up to 80,000 km a year. Nevertheless, in over 40 years I have not yet paid a total of 100 euros in fines to the authorities. I got my last and so far only point in Flensburg in 1982. But it's annoying, it's really annoying. And it doesn't lead to a confident, i.e. safe driving style, combined with attentiveness to other road users, but to a one-sided concentration on the sometimes idiotic speed limits.

They are money-hungry contemporaries who want us to believe that all we have to do is sacrifice the excitement of life and then we can win the battle against death. As good fellow human beings, all we have to do is dutifully pay our indulgences to the traffic authorities, lawyers, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, the healthcare system, the diet industry, the mask industry, churches, .............. or even order Elon Musk's recent self-driving electric cars, then we can beat death at a bargain. It's just stupid that we follow this "advice" and aim for death, but hit life.
But I offer you, Peter, a bet: Even if we continue to turn our country, and indeed the whole world, into a paradise for pantsers, around one million people in Germany and a nine-digit number of people around the world will die every year. I can't think in a complicated way these days, and politicians probably don't like to do that either, especially not when it has to be divergent thinking. Precisely BECAUSE everyone acts the same, everyone acts the same. Deviation is always a risk, participation protects, because YES, the others have done it the same way. This is not peer pressure, but in fact just pressure to conform. Nobody wants to stand out. It's still better than doing things differently to everyone else and then still being held responsible when things go wrong. So it's best to act like the majority, even if the majority is wrong. If almost everyone is a failure, it's better to be one too, because the majority is wrong. Acting differently does not mean that you will automatically get a better result - that can depend on many factors, in case of doubt you are unlucky and the result is also crap. So YES, it is more convenient to join the majority internationally. And the majority will simply run after the games that have been practiced until 2019. In emergency situations, you just do what you have played through and practiced beforehand. There were plenty of simulation games. It's just that 12 months is no longer an acute emergency - you could start thinking about it. But in the meantime, so much money has been thrown out the window and so many firm convictions have been expressed that even late self-criticism would be like sawing at one's own branch. However, numerous indications - some from the past, some from the present - speak FOR these theories.
-It would not be the first time that IN a democracy the same is abolished - 1933! Admittedly, this example has been cited very often!
-If it is true that Mrs. DR. Merkel attended the "Rothschild Cadre School for Psychological Propaganda and Agitation" in 1972/73, these theories do make a certain amount of sense, don't they?
-Dr. Merkel was in Wuhan in September 2019, allegedly to promote more Chinese involvement in Germany.
-Suddenly numerous, insufficiently tested vaccines are available - otherwise it takes years!
-The amendment to the Infection Protection Act bypassing the Bundestag - this is unconstitutional!
-PCR tests are unsuitable for this purpose, at least in this form. Furthermore, both the sampling and its evaluation are not uniformly standardized! Laboratories are virtually free to decide how many test cycles they run, as there are different manufacturers of the tests. It has always been a mistake to simply believe everything politicians say - especially if, as in the current case, they are pharmaceutical lobbyists and/or are involved in mask procurement deals. Or are otherwise close to the economy. These figures are not interested in how much the state, i.e. we, are in debt anyway - they don't have to pay for it.
In this respect, I think it is also conceivable that there are financial interests behind it. I also think it is conceivable that the real reason is to be found in environmental protection. The climate targets have NOT been achieved! Instead, the mobility of citizens is being restricted - this reduces the emission of greenhouse gases.
As mentioned at the beginning, these are theories. There is a steadily growing body of evidence that speaks FOR these theories.

I would also like to add that my nephew, who has lived in Brazil for several years, is trained as a paramedic. His mother suffered a fractured neck of femur a month ago and had to wait 3! weeks for the operation. I asked my nephew if the intensive care units in Brazil were only so busy at the moment. The answer was no, they have been working at 90 - 92 % for many years and now they are working at 93%!!!! And then they want us to believe that the plandemic is raging particularly strongly in Brazil because of the umpteenth mutation that nobody has seen yet.

You can read about what you are alluding to in this comment in Klaus Schwab's book "The great reset". It reads like a guide to what the governments in the EU are currently doing. It is also well known that numerous government and business representatives attend the World Economic Forum every year. And in the past, several "pandemic simulations" have taken place in which pretty much all the important countries have taken part. In the end, all you really need to do is follow the money, an old adage that may be chewed up by now, but which is proving itself more than ever today. Take a look at how the RKI and numerous "independent" scientific institutes, including media houses, are financed. Look at who invested in well-known pharmaceutical companies in 2019. I don't want to name names now, you'll probably figure it out for yourself. Money rules the world, politicians are just puppets to keep our illusion of democracy alive.

Yes, where to? Unfortunately, the whole thing is a worldwide "event". What horrifies me so incredibly is the willingness of the vast majority of the population to be told everything. The SPD man calls for FFP2 masks to be worn at all times in enclosed spaces. He presents himself as an expert, a biologist. However, he has probably forgotten that these masks can only be worn for 2 hours at a time.
I get shortness of breath just walking around the supermarket in them for 20 minutes.
All employees who have to work in enclosed spaces and students will eventually suffer the consequences of this toxic cocktail air that they breathe in when wearing masks. Not to mention skin infections caused by the constant humidity.
All I need now is the argument: I'd rather have herpes like a cauliflower than scratch off corona. I can't get to sleep laughing!
Thank you for your comment. As far as I know, a healthy adult is "only" allowed to wear these FFP2 masks for 75 minutes. My father is over 80, has mild dementia and COPD, so he needs an inhaler. Even before corona, he had to take frequent breaks during walks due to shortness of breath. Thanks to fear propaganda and disinformation, he wears this FFP2 mask more and more often.
What Mr. Mindrup (and not only him) is demanding is not only incompetent, in my eyes it is a crime.

Basically, I am very happy about every politician in the current crisis of the Corona measures who speaks out for the good of society in the sense of the constitution and the Basic Law and who is currently taking a critical stance on the enabling laws.
However, if you are interested in all aspects of science relating to the coronavirus and mutations without immediately opening the drawers, you cannot ignore Dr. Stefan Lanka. He has a clear and unambiguous position based on his own scientific vita and for me personally, everything he presents is serious and comprehensible.
As a nurse of almost 60 years, I have gained enough experience and believe that it is time to take a fresh look at the whole of virology and the understanding of illness and health and, as a scientist, to carry out the necessary control investigations honestly and with integrity and, as science demands, to regularly reflect critically or allow myself to be questioned, i.e. to seek discourse.
All measures would be obsolete if the discourse were sought now with honesty and integrity, e.g. according to the Harvard model.
Lobbying should definitely be left out of the equation.

Unfortunately, I have to correct you: Mr. Irmer is one of the few members of the Bundestag who voted AGAINST the 3rd Civil Protection Act last year.
I know this because he comes from my constituency and I was already in contact with him in the run-up to this vote.
