Dear team,
I am probably a truly unique case. Because I'm probably the only one who became self-employed in 2019. If I'm not the only one, many people are probably like me. We are talking about those who have been banned from their profession by our state.
Due to the fact that you have only recently opened your business before the pandemic, you naturally have no comparative figures or the figures you have to fall back on when applying for bridging assistance are too low to meet the requirement that you can apply for bridging assistance. Like me, the companies fall completely through the cracks. What I got was the initial aid of €7,500. I have to live on this aid for 12 months. Living means paying my rent for the commercial premises, my rent for the private apartment and what I need to live, including all insurance. Fortunately, I had paid into unemployment insurance so that I could take refuge in unemployment. But the money is not enough to cover all my obligations. But even that support runs out at some point and in the meantime I'm living on Hartz IV. So the money has become even less. In February, I had the opportunity to apply for restart assistance. The application is possible via an Elster portal. So all the information I entered there can be traced one-to-one in Elster. The aid is a maximum of €7,500. I am still waiting for the help today. At the moment I am no longer in my business premises and am working from home. My income from self-employment has been €0 for the last three months and it will still be the same in May.
Anyone who became self-employed during this time will have a similar problem. There are no grants for private expenses. There are also no subsidies for the costs you have incurred to become self-employed. I have to show solidarity and follow all the rules. I help others, but who helps me? That's not what I mean by solidarity. My letter to the mayor with the request for equal treatment for employees whose short-time working allowance was secured until December 2021 and to approve unemployment benefit for all those who came into this situation from self-employment until the end of 2021 came in a letter in which they regretted my fate but we have a social network created for this and I should apply for Hartz IV immediately. Words from Altmaier and Scholz sound derisive when you're in my situation.
I read about some people who have left self-employment and are looking for a new job and have found one. Unfortunately, that's out of the question for me. I am 60 years old. Getting a job in the travel industry is currently impossible. Retraining is pointless and I'm simply too old and slow for many low-cost jobs.
It's grueling that I've paid my taxes in this state for 44 years, can't even pay my rent from my pension and can't give my partner or my children a little treat for Christmas or a birthday.
Since the start of the pandemic, I have adjusted (the initial aid has already been deducted), I have lost a minimum of € 80,000. This is calculated from the sales figures I had booked up to the start of the pandemic, minus 20%. If I calculate it linearly, we are at over € 100,000 and if I take the figures from 2019 and 2020 as a basis and calculate this increase linearly, I am at around € 140,000.
But I'm just a single individual who not only ended up on Hartz IV thanks to the support of the state, but also sitting at home with depression. And I was a person who was as far away from depression as penguins are from the North Pole.
Yours sincerely
Hans-Peter Eisenbeiss

Mr. Eisenbeiss and all those who are in the same situation, I send you my deepest sympathy. I know you can't buy anything from this. But perhaps a growing solidarity with the living victims, the so-called and excess collateral damage, will help to change the thinking of many others. I had fantastic grandparents who had to experience terrible things in war. I know for a fact that they would never have wanted these measures - supposedly for their own protection as old people. They turn in their graves several times a day when they see how the basic rights originally created to protect us are simply being abolished. Perhaps the spiritual world will also help us if we ask it to. We must leave no stone unturned. Hang in there, Mr. Eisenbeiss! Together we will definitely make it!
I have just worked my way through all the comments and thought about whether I can contribute anything positive. I can think of a few good sayings: "Defy all forces, never bow down, show yourself strong, summon the arms of the gods!" (Goethe) - "What doesn't knock me down makes me stronger!" - Dear Mr. Eisenbeiss, I am 85, at 60 you are still young in my opinion! - Sayings help a lot, they give you inner strength! - You and we certainly need that, because things are definitely not going to get any better in the near future. We'll be lucky if it doesn't come to war. That would be the worst thing! All the preparations are leading up to it. NATO provocations on the Russian border, in the hope of raining down yet another windfall in addition to the Corona windfall. Certain people have increased their wealth by billions in a very short space of time. - From a comment: "Perhaps you, Mr Langemann, can organize a fundraising campaign to help Mr Eisenbeiss and similar cases at least a little!" I think that's a good idea! - I only have a small pension (but it's safe) and my needs are tailored to that. Every little helps. I don't think we should go to demos - although I've been to the lateral thinkers - but it doesn't achieve much. We should send out positive signals, such as a fundraising campaign for hard fates. That creates joy when you can do something and it will embarrass our politicians! - Please, Mr. Langemann, maybe you can organize something like that, or maybe someone can think of something else, e.g. invite someone for a few days (one person is allowed - how crazy). There are still many of us, not just politicians, who are doing well financially, everything continues as before. Our motto should be helpfulness and solidarity regardless of the person. - It is a time to rethink and reorient ourselves. Crises are always opportunities. Something else comes to mind that I must mention in this context: On a talk show in the 1990s, an FDP politician who was already old at the time said that he had spent nine years in a GDR prison. He was arrested when he entered the GDR. "I am grateful to the GDR for that time. It brought me to myself!" he said. This certainly didn't happen in the first few weeks, but when he realized the hopelessness of fighting back, he made the best of the situation to further educate himself.
Excuse me, please!
I certainly don't want to condemn everything they wrote outright.
But to me your speech sounds like that of a pastor. Or a bit like Merkel: "Hang in there. Think positive"
At the same time, she sees the small light at the end of the tunnel.
And your last words sound a bit like Stockholm syndrome to me.
No, I'd rather go down fighting.
Dear Mr. Schmidt, pastor is not the right word. The TaoTe King by Lao Tzu was my bible. I'm actually not the fighting type. If you know your weaknesses, you shouldn't get involved in a hopeless fight. Corona is just part of a bigger picture. Even Mr. Füllmich and Trump had to realize that the other side is so strong and has its people positioned everywhere that they simply can't get through the normal way of fighting with words and evidence. Mr. Füllmich's trial date was tricked into being postponed so that it will probably take place after the federal election. The Biden election was of course falsified, but all the courts felt they had no jurisdiction. - If such respected people can't fight it, what are we supposed to do? Can't you see that the majority of Germans are obedient to authority and demand more restrictions rather than fewer? Lateral thinkers are demonized. They are at odds with their closest relatives. If you think the coronavirus measures are excessive or don't get vaccinated, you are outright called a murderer. - If this FDP politician had seen any chance of being released from prison, he would certainly have done everything possible. He probably broke the law in the GDR, perhaps helped someone to escape.
When and where has a lot been achieved through uprisings? - Things were usually no better afterwards. - The citizens of the GDR should have realized that by now at the latest. - The change must come from the top, as with Gorbachev and Gandhi - perhaps Trump will achieve something in the end. - The intelligentsia should finally wake up!
Dear Ms. Manner,
When we talk about a transformation that comes "from above", I am really thinking of "at the top" and not of people.
This is where my hope for a future rests, even if I may not experience it personally on earth.
Dear Mr. Linsner, "right at the top" could perhaps also mean "right inside". Because where is "at the top" in our universe? - The power always comes from the centers. - That is where the absolute truth is, even within us. The big problem is that most people do not listen to their inner voice and do not think for themselves, but can be manipulated. The great transformation is now underway. If everyone plays the role destined for them, to be themselves - or to be themselves, correctly these days - then we will soon have paradisiacal times. - Until then, it will take some time. The old must be dismantled so that the new can emerge. But for God's sake, no gender justice or anything like that! - Our current task is to find our way through this tangle.
Dear Mrs. Manner ... You speak from my soul. I am also observing what is happening. No matter what you do, everything is pushed through. In between, things are relaxed to keep people quiet. As long as you don't reach the media world, nothing will change in the situation, I mean the public broadcasters of course... I rack my brains so often about how to reach people so that they read up and are also critical sometimes... I also have a busy daily routine and yet I get it done. Many people are just lazy or think they'll manage....
I very much hope that there won't be any civil wars, but when I see the developments and what I read, I can't rule it out.
My impression of our Chancellor is that she is working off a list, she is deliberately destroying the CDU so that the elections in September will tend to go in the Green direction... I have listened to speeches by the Chancellor, she has turned around 180′ during her time in office. I'm grateful that there are people with whom you can exchange ideas. I give old people a smile when I go for a walk and when I get a smile back, I exchange a few words. You can feel the joy in these little moments. I am grateful for my childhood because I received a lot from my grandparents.
Best regards
I have to answer you again, especially about "going down fighting". This was primarily about the fates of people whose life's work was destroyed by the corona measures. Some people have already "gone down fighting", people in the front row, like Oppermann, who stood up to the "most powerful woman in the world". He thought he had a chance and would have had broad support - but if your opponents are playing with marked cards, you have no chance. Who are the opponents anyway? People who suddenly manage to make people on every continent walk around with muzzles? - A global power playing with marked cards, which we have followed as long as we have "profited" from it. Now the trap is snapping shut! Everyone has to see how they can get out safely. Use your wits and trust your feelings!
Unfortunately, in this country it is becoming increasingly clear to me how much more important financial security is than anything else. In the order of priority then selfishness . There is no question that the self-employed have problems. But do they ever think about the employees they have had to lay off or put on short-time working?????
I'll be brief:
1. reading the text, I didn't get the impression that he had employees that he had to lay off or put on short-time work.
2. it is cheeky, to say the least, to blame someone who is in this situation and has also developed depression as a result for only thinking about themselves. I'm currently in a depression too, albeit for different reasons, so I know what it feels like.
I can only shake my head at such a lack of empathy.
Accusations do not help, regardless of which side they come from. We are currently seeing the "compulsion" for mental and spiritual development, which has been neglected for a very long time and, on top of that, severely suppressed. If I wanted to get upset about unjustified accusations against me or other deficits, I would actually become depressed.
Of course I understand Mr. Eisenbeiss and his situation. It is definitely not an isolated case! Neither Mr. Eisenbeiss nor Mrs. Eisen can be blamed for the fact that money has become a religion and a lifeline. Everyone is now experiencing deficits from their current situation and perspective. I would not expose myself to the unfounded accusation of being a smart aleck if I told you how clear and concrete the current situation has been to me for at least a decade. So Corona doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I have taken precautions. All the more reason for me to understand the fate of those who are now surprised. However, we won't be able to help everyone, there are and will be too many of them. At least if we don't recognize where the real evil lies and those who actively stand up for others and risk their lives and livelihoods for others, see lawyers for education and recently judges, such as in Weimar, receive no support. We are ALL in the same boat!
Dear Mr. Eisenbeiss,
Like you, I am also collateral damage. Just writing the word "collateral damage" makes my stomach turn. Just as cerebral thrombosis is a side effect of vaccination, I guess we are also a side effect that serves a greater purpose. Thank you for your courage in writing about your fate under your real name. I hope that writing is an outlet for you. At least it is for me.
Shared suffering is half suffering / the math doesn't add up / because infinite by two is infinite. Erich Fried? I can't remember. The verses went through my head while I was reading.
Where is the empathy for victims of state policy from the professional empaths, where is the concrete help for people like you, for me? There is no room for it. There is only room for politically and media-staged grief. CDU MP Brinkhaus thanked "the media" in a salivating speech in the Bundestag for giving Covid victims a face. Are you giving the victims of state lockdown therapy a face? No. It's the many small stories, the personal experiences, that are touching. I know dozens of them. They all have to do with the measures, not one with the "corona disease" itself.
For example: When the beer gardens were allowed to reopen under certain conditions a good year ago, I scraped together a few euros to socialize again. At first I sat down with a large group of people who were already drunk. Roaring, loud, no distance, no decency, no face mask. If someone went to the toilet through the empty restaurant, they put on a mask. Bizarre. But the law is the law. When I was asked for my opinion on the coronavirus, I was quickly labeled a conspiracy theorist who should go to hell. I was happy to do so.
An old man was sitting alone a little to one side. Yes, I was allowed to sit with him. At some point he opened up. His wife had died four weeks ago. "I was allowed to go to the DIY store that day, but I wasn't allowed to say goodbye to my Hilde." He said that again and again. And how difficult it was for him to say no to so many people at the funeral, how hard it was for him to make a choice. How much the reactions, the disappointment and the reproaches had affected him. But it was the law that only a limited number of people were allowed. He was in tears. He was extremely embarrassed. He would never cry otherwise, he was a professional soldier and he apologized to me for his tears. I tried to comfort him somewhat awkwardly. I told him that he was dealing with the situation very well in view of what he had experienced and that I thought it was good that he was socializing. Then he rolled up his sleeve and showed me the traces of a suicide attempt. Next time he would be more successful. Then he turned to stone and changed the subject. I don't know what happened to the old man. I don't even know his name.
Are such stories told on ARD or in Der Spiegel? Or your story? No. Without the pathos, hashtags and the consternation ... I would like to thank you for telling your story, Mr. Eisenbeiss. Because it comforts me that I am not alone. Sometimes a sorrow shared is perhaps half a sorrow.
Thank you Mr. Löcke, I was very touched by your comment. These precarious times bring out the best and the worst in people.
There are those who are undoubtedly even profiting from this staged p(l)andemic, and considerably so, and those whose lives are being successively destroyed.
Whether it is slow and steady or rapid, circumstances dictate when your existence collapses from one day to the next.
We may be approaching the warmer season, but socially/politically, and even interpersonally, it is getting colder and colder.
That's why it seems very important to me when we encourage each other - as we do here in this exchange - and show that grief doesn't just affect us.
I also read Doris Manner's comments with great affection. I very much enjoyed her wisdom, which has unfolded over the decades. It seems that times like the ones we are (having to) experience now very clearly separate "the wheat from the chaff".
It has been apparent for years what caliber of human being governs us, but as long as it didn't affect our own lives too much, we could still more or less ignore it. However, the rapid pace at which no stone is left unturned is deliberately knocking us out of our "normal" lives, and without any significant "warning". And now some masks are falling and we are being ordered to wear slave masks instead.
That would certainly have the potential of a Shakespeare drama.
Regardless of this, I wish you a sunny start to May.
Thank you very much for your warm-hearted, intelligent post, Ms. Braun. It made me very happy.
I had to smile when you complimented me on being wise, because I don't see myself that way.
"Stupid people have an answer to every question, smart people have a question for every answer." I like this sentence. My wisdom, or perhaps arrogance, lies in the fact that I count myself among the latter.
Is the wheat just separating from the chaff? I so agree with you. I am ashamed to realize how wrongly I have judged many people - in both directions. There are those who I thought were intelligent, empathetic, profound and who now show me a fanatical, superficial face. But there is also the reverse phenomenon and that's nice. Interestingly, the "level of education" hardly plays a role here.
A sunny start to May for you too, Mrs. Braun. From the bottom of my heart.
As sad as such stories are, they also reveal two things:
the obvious naivety of broad sections of the population and a certain destitution.
Whether politics serves or harms the masses can easily be seen from major issues. I can only think of negative aspects:
Energy policy, immigration, pensions, the housing market, the low-wage sector, temporary work, scandals in the Bundeswehr and yes,
dealing with supposed pandemics.
Anyone hoping for help from the government is lost. Help yourself, otherwise no one will help you.
We can only hope that society will wake up, it doesn't look good.
This fact gives me courage and hope that EVERYONE is affected. And in equal measure and at the same time. Worldwide, by the way. I even say here quite openly that I have been praying FOR this. For something to happen that makes change possible. And many spiritual sources speak of this. They call it ascension. In an atheistic society, in which God/Spirit/Intelligent Design does not exist, in which leadership is propagated exclusively by "worldly leaders" and one is thus limited to human (in)ability, what is happening is happening. Only those who fear for their lives are afraid. So a coronavirus pandemic is just the thing. And all "lateral thinkers" understandably get in the way.
I once said that the West will not change because it did not have 1989. Now it has it. Does it know how to use it? The East Germans have a head start in terms of experience. Do they use this knowledge, this East German experience? It is "astonishing" that the first "anti-corona decision" was made in Weimar, in Thuringia, at the local court, not in Rhineland-Palatinate or NRW. In Austria, such decisions have long since been made. They will also open there from May. In Switzerland, too, they are already doing so, immediately. What's more, the police are acting more cautiously. Because they have also learned a thing or two in the meantime.
The fact that this change is global - and not in Merkel's definition - means that the awakened spirit will prevail. This awakened spirit sees what is being played out. For some it will happen sooner, for others (somewhat) later. I had my epiphany over 30 years ago. Anyway...
Meanwhile, those responsible in the government and all members of the Bundestag enjoy their full salaries and allowances without any deductions. The state secretaries and ministerial directors and all the other luxurious civil servants do not have to live on short-time working benefits, nor are they dependent on other handouts. And if the €10,000 a month is still not enough, they can simply arrange a mask deal and increase their income many times over. Meanwhile, many retailers and self-employed people are still waiting for their promised November 2020 aid to be transferred.
Strangely, tens of billions are immediately available when obviously incompetent ministers seek advice and support from renowned management consultancies and the most expensive public relations agencies.
Federal President Steinmeier once said: "We are a country in which economic reason and social justice are the guiding principles of politics."
And the CDU started the 2017 federal election campaign with the slogan: "CDU - Germany, a country we enjoy living in."
Well then, good night, Germany! Go back to sleep ...
We, that refers to the political elite.
Some statements require thought in order to understand them correctly, but this is not desired.
It will be a very long, deep sleep. When the mega-election disaster takes place in September, sleep will turn into a coma, thanks to Kobold.
With green greetings and climate ahoy!
...... I'm sucking up to the green functionary cadres as a precaution and promise to watch Böhmermann from September ....
In fact, there is no one here who owns their business. Strangers can just come in and say: "Close up store now". And if you argue why that's not possible, the answer is: "Yes, and close it now".
If you really owned the business, the strangers could at most ask you to follow the government's recommendations. So you are just the administrator with all the duties but, as it turns out now, no rights.
Please Mr. Eisenbeiss, don't come up with self-defeating inspired thoughts. Read 1 Peter 5:7, don't just throw away this possibility.
VG
Bernd B.
I feel for you and it is unacceptable that people who started their own business less than 2/3 years ago are now not being helped. Unfortunately, ideas, the courage to become self-employed, the time invested and their own resources are not being recognized. The "state" ordered closures and leaves the new entrepreneurs out in the cold. I also experience this every day through the stories of my husband, who works as a start-up coach. All start-ups are desperate, often on the brink and don't know what to do next.
Personally, I am lucky enough to have started my own business 13 years ago in what is now a "systemically relevant" profession. And I can now see the discrepancy in the funding opportunities: I have had the opportunity to build up reserves for around 7 years, which I drew on last year, but I also have compensation payments in the amount of the average of the last quarter of 2020. I'm doing well... but the question is, why are companies that are doing relatively well being served and those that are being built up are not? The other way around would be necessary. But that's not what we want and you have to fight against it.
What they do to people is simply awful and unrealistic.
I wish you much strength and courage to fight!
From the perspective of large corporations, every new start-up is one too many. At the moment, only those that are worth taking over or are under review or have been deferred until a decision is made on their fate will be left standing. Please stop assuming that you are "systemically relevant". Please read Claus Schwab's book Covid-19 - The Great Reset and you will know what is planned for you. But it doesn't have to be like this. It does, however, require a RADICAL rethink, a change of consciousness. I didn't go bankrupt financially, but I was ruined physically. If you are fighting, you should be sure that you are not tilting at windmills and fighting mirages. If you have a "false" concept implanted in your brain that you are not even aware you have and are running a program accordingly, you will never get the idea that you are trapped in a simulation. So what is reality? Morpheus already asked this question in "Matrix" 22 years ago, in 1999 (sum of the crosses: (1+9+9+9)/4 = 7. Biblical reference: 7 fat years and 7 lean years). Corona is an attempt to keep people in the matrix. No more, but also no less.
A huge wave of bankruptcies is building up and waiting to be unleashed by Merkel. The advertised insolvency protection is the merchant's certain death. Not only young entrepreneurs are affected, but also companies that have been in business for several decades, working 24/7 without vacation, constantly sacrificing themselves for the original idea of the company and for the well-being of their employees ... they too are running out of steam. The last reserves have been burned. Partly due to investments in requirements to protect against (let's just call it) corona in the catering industry and it was still closed. As a credit broker, I get requests for heating oil, bridging money until the corona aid money finally flows, guarantee financing for commercial tenants due to deferred arrears, and requests from many other desperate citizens. Hope dies last for everyone, but it is already in a coma. The rude awakening is near.
This awakening HAD to happen, as a gentle tour was categorically rejected for an enormous amount of time. It COULD have been softer. There was a lack of awareness.
The famous end with horror would be better than the perpetual lockdown of the Merkel Republic.
In late Roman decadence and complacency, a broad swathe of society has spent decades getting bogged down in trivialities and superficialities instead of living sustainably and paying attention to what is substantial. Thanks to our carelessness, the enemies of democracy have sounded out and infiltrated its weak points and are now ready to strike the final blow.
The party is over! The leftover fuck has begun!
As a result, I would like to see the (insane) total shutdown (which government conformists see as a panacea), including the complete closure of food retailers for several weeks.
Only when hunger consumes these people will the overdue awakening come, albeit very rudely. Then even the biggest hypocrites of solidarity and charity will discover aspects of themselves that they never thought possible. Prosperity, security and freedom are not laws of nature after all.
Do we also see this crisis as a compulsion to learn from our mistakes or will we go into the brown (or red-green) sunset by the end of September at the latest?
This crisis is global. On the one hand, the financial system is at the end, and on the other, thought models are collapsing. For the previously powerful, this is a glimpse into the abyss, as it can no longer be concealed. The attempt is now being made to use the mental paralysis that has been fabricated to create a new system that is even more blatant than the previous one. The alternative that the Hopi Indians, for example, are talking about is exactly everything that has been suppressed so far. Let's imagine a simplified 180-degree turnaround. Of course, this nonsense about climate change has no place in it (anymore).
First of all, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Mr. Eisenbeiss for his desolate situation and thank him emphatically for his courage in "coming out".
Is there a better example than this fate for the meaning of Jan Josef Liefers' video clip, in which he says at the end: "Despair, but never doubt!"
What world does the "media critic" and "guardian of virtue" Stefan Niggemeier live in, for example, when he indignantly accuses actors of "disgusting irony"?
In the interview with the WDR editor, who asked Liefers, among other things, whether he was really that naive, Liefers did a great job, in my opinion. And in the end, he got right to the heart of his criticism when he said: "... I think the media and politicians could pay more attention to the desperate, that's true." There's nothing to add to that.
The howls of outrage from large sections of the media, who feel affected, clearly show that this action has, in my opinion, hit the 12. The WDR editor's comment that there are legions of editors working day and night in the editorial offices to keep the public comprehensively informed cannot be surpassed in terms of cynicism. But the worst thing is that the editorial offices actually see it that way. But: the toothpaste is out of the tube and you can't get it back in. The clips are already having an effect and will continue to do so.
Finally, a suggestion to Mr. Eisenbeiss: in this country, people are collecting for everything and everyone. The commercial breaks on WELT and n-tv are full of appeals for collections. They are certainly justified and I don't want to criticize them. But a suggestion nonetheless:
Perhaps you, Mr. Langemann, can organize a fundraising campaign to help Mr. Eisenbeiss and similar cases at least a little.
Thank you! You speak from my heart, especially with regard to the actors' video messages! And yes, I also think the WDR presenter behaved in a borderline manner!
I couldn't have put it better in a nutshell than you did in your article!
Thank you for that!
I hereby also share your call for unbureaucratic support!!!
I can only agree with the previous writer. And: I can only shake my head at this WDR editor; impertinent to ask a question and to interrupt Mr. Liefers as soon as he begins his answer. Just a typical TV bum.
I would like that too, but people here are more likely to promote aid for refugees than for their own German people.
It couldn't be more pathetic.
In a world in which self-thinking as an active act of reflection, ergo cognition and the growth of knowledge, does not exist. This concept simply does not exist in these people. Hard to believe, but empirically proven.
Liefers has thus practiced AIKIDO: Throwing the energy of the attack back at the aggressor. The result was a stammering, tearful WDR journalist. A small child who had previously lashed out, but didn't want to take it. Or can't. A snotty spoon, to whom Liefers intervened as a father figure.
It rather amuses me. Someone wants to play hard to get and really gets hit in the balls. Ouch! That really hurts. Especially as a man, the guy should reflect on this process extremely carefully. In the balls of all things... when WDR and ÖRR in general are omnipotent?
Dear Mr. Eisenbeiss,
My 12th and final question to the Federal Ministry of Health and the Robert Koch Institute, sent on April 3, 2021:
"12 Why do politicians decide to deprive people of their livelihoods, i.e. a group of people who continue to receive their salaries in full and without interruption? Where are politicians and civil servants showing solidarity here? By what percentage are their salaries and allowances currently being reduced in light of the coronavirus crisis? Or are your messages "All of us together" just hypocrisy or propaganda?"
The full text of the letter:
Ladies and Gentlemen,
As a self-employed engineer, I am currently advising .............. in Poland. That's why I regularly travel to Poland (now a "high-risk area"). In order to be allowed to re-enter Germany, I, like all German colleagues, have to be tested for Covid-19 in Poland before re-entering Germany.
This is how corona tests work in practice:
1. waiting in line (last Tuesday there were about 25-30 people in front of me):
(inserted in the original: photo of the queue)
2. everyone fills out a form. To do this, everyone takes out the blue writing pad and mostly uses the same ballpoint pen:
(inserted in the original: Photo of a person holding the writing pad and filling out the form)
3. the form:
(inserted in the original: photo of the writing pad incl. form)
4. other people filling out the form. The woman on the bench looks extremely ill!
(inserted in the original: 2 photos showing 2 other people holding the blue writing pad in their hands and filling out the form and the sick, recognizably ill woman on the bench)
5. waiting in front of the test container:
(inserted in the original: Photo of the queue directly in front of the test container)
6. the test container (20-foot container without sufficient ventilation, where the "patients" [=expression on the form] give each other a hand (literally):
(inserted in the original: photo of the test container incl. inscription)
As long as I have not received a definite and conclusive answer to at least questions 1 to 4 from the Federal Ministry or alternatively from the Robert Koch Institute, including detailed instructions for testing without endangering myself, I will no longer follow the corresponding rule and will only be tested after my return.
QUESTIONS ASKED:
1. do you think that the doctors and authorities responsible do not know what they are doing? Can someone who has not yet succumbed to total imbecility unconsciously devise such a procedure? Or is this a system that unscrupulously creates its own victims? After all, the test costs 400 zlotys, i.e. about €80. That's a lot of money in Poland (about an eighth of the hotel receptionist's monthly salary).
2. would you entrust yourself to a healthcare system that pretends to want to protect people and actually does exactly the opposite? Are contacts only good if they flush money into the coffers of the profiteers? Why do you think people should believe in such idiocy?
3. can you imagine that when walking without a mask in the pedestrian zone of a large city, more people are infected than around this container, which is estimated to be visited by between 100 and 200 people with and without symptoms per day, almost all of whom take both the writing pad and the door handle of the container in their hands and stay in the container for about 5 minutes?
4. does your policy not border on deliberate bodily harm in view of such conditions? I tested negative (see below). Afterwards I drove back alone in my car. If I now fall ill with coronavirus, the probability is quite high that this is probably one of the consequences of ill-conceived anti-coronavirus policies that allow an entire health and pharmaceutical industry - as shown at the beginning - to help itself unabashedly.
(inserted in the original: photo of the test result)
5. why are politicians making such a fuss about 70,000 alleged or real corona deaths, while 56,000 people who die of blood poisoning (sepsis) in Germany alone every year - if at all - are only worth a small side note and do not seem to bother either the Federal Ministry of Health or the Robert Koch Institute seriously?
Can't you earn money with sepsis by selling masks? Is it not possible to promote digitalization with sepsis? Can't daily specials be brought to the man/woman with sepsis? Is sepsis not suitable as a blueprint for restrictions on personal freedom in connection with climate change?
Why are there no memorial services for those who have died from sepsis, cancer, etc.? Are deaths from sepsis, cancer, etc. second-class deaths? Second-class deaths? Or what else is the reason for this unequal treatment?
6 Why are the numbers of deaths with/due to corona published daily? Isn't "died in connection with corona" basically the same as "died in connection with a cold or sore throat"? If this figure were published in the winter months, the number of deaths associated with flu would probably be even higher.
7. what do you think happens to people's immune defenses when they are locked up for years and the usual interpersonal contacts are lost? Can that really be healthy? In any case, I don't think so. Our immune system also needs to be trained. What would happen if we were to run into a real pandemic with a degenerated immune system? Are politicians aware of this danger? Isn't an intact immune system also involved in the defense against cancer cells?
8. why does the mask obligation continue even outdoors, although the countries that preceded the masks were and are often particularly hard hit by Corona?
9 We don't know a single person personally who has died from coronavirus. However, we do know a few people who have tested positive for coronavirus and were all surprised by the mild symptoms, which do not fit in at all with the scaremongering in the press and media. And we know a middle-aged acquaintance who committed suicide in connection with the corona measures. Why are all these cases not actually reported on the ÖRR? Are facts being deliberately suppressed by politicians, scientists, the press and the public broadcaster?
10. is one already a corona denier or unconstitutional lateral thinker if one listens to people who point out all the contradictions of current politics instead of the ÖRR (see e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XOag4jvwGA). He comes to exactly the same conclusion as I do: neither he nor I want to live in a society or a world that behaves as it does at the moment. It is an irresolvable contradiction when many politicians proclaim the protection of life as their top priority, combined with the seemingly simple message: "We must do everything we can not to endanger the lives of our fellow human beings." Do these people actually realize that this does not work and never has worked? Anyone who lives constantly endangers their fellow human beings. Regardless of whether they fly over their heads in an airplane, ride a car, motorcycle or even just a bicycle, sell ladders, infect their fellow human beings with an illness or addiction or even just pursue their hobby and sail, endangering swimmers in the process. No, it is not life but human dignity that is inviolable. But you are stripping us all of our dignity and turning us all into covid idiots, just as SPD chairwoman Esken put it. Does the Basic Law no longer apply? Is it no longer an obligation to you?
11. how many fines and taxes will be increased in the future to pay back all the debts that your policy is currently causing?
12 Why do politicians, i.e. a group of people who continue to receive their full salaries, decide to deprive people of their livelihood? Where are politicians and civil servants showing solidarity here? By what percentage are their salaries and allowances currently being reduced in light of the coronavirus crisis? Or are your messages "All of us together" just hypocrisy or propaganda?
I would like to thank you in advance for your informative answers
Yours sincerely
Dr. Roland Aßmann"
(The original letter is available to Mr. Langemann and the CdkW team).
The reply from the Federal Ministry of Health on April 22 and after the 2nd Reminder begins with the words:
"Dear Dr. Aßmann,
On behalf of Federal Minister Jens Spahn, thank you for your e-mail ..........
He asked me to answer you........."
This is followed by various notes, including the fact that the BMG generally does not provide a medical-technical opinion on individual cases
The Federal Ministry of Health does not say a word in response to my 12 fundamental questions!
But this is no different to the issue of climate change and climate protection (see my comments on the blog "Annalena & Armin" before last). Health protection plays just as little a role in all the lobbying by the pharmaceutical industry as real climate protection plays in the lobbying by the wind energy industry. It can be scientifically proven that wind energy ultimately even accelerates climate change. As I said, everything was discussed in detail and verifiably 2 blogs ago.
Dear Dr. Aßmann,
I have also written a letter to the Hessian state government, not specifically about the entrepreneurs, but about the Allemeinlage ("urgently required implementation of the nationwide emergency brake"). Of course, I don't expect a satisfactory answer or any kind of rethink, but at least "the people's voice" should be taken into account.
With this in mind, bonne courage!
Dear Dr. Roland Aßmann,
I read through your text with enthusiasm and realized that the link you attached has unfortunately been deleted from YouTube.
Do you know if the video is available anywhere else? I would be very interested.
Thank you mic in advance.
Best regards, Robert Buljat
No, unfortunately not. But this curtain proves that our media's disregard for Donald Trump's democratic election in 2017, and not just in Germany, has caused serious damage to the democracy movement and freedom worldwide. If the Left, the SPD, the Greens and even parts of the CDU/CSU think that socialism is a respectable form of society, then they are ignoring the fact that they are standing on the graves of around half of the politically murdered of the 20th century. Unlike the NPD and parts of the AFD, however, there is unfortunately no social awareness of this. This allows the ugly face of socialism, from which this deletion of the YouTube video originates, to eat ever further into our global societies. The ÖRR is helping with our contributions.
(Typed from my cell phone, as our access to CdkW from our IP address is affected by an ominous block. I have informed the CdkW team about this. They knowingly did not cause this).
This really shows very clearly how and at what level you can communicate with the (German) state. And should. Namely adequately. You are neither perceived as an individual nor treated as such. Just like in the USA, in fact everywhere in the world, you have an SV number. And a tax number (ID). You also have a birth number (birth certificate) and a death number (death certificate). All together this results in an inventory number. Only these numbers are relevant for "Father State". The (German) state does not know the HUMAN Roland Aßmann. But that is of course just a conspiracy theory...
I had a visit from 2 old friends yesterday, who thankfully also got the right information so that we could escape together. We can't believe that the majority of people are so crazy despite the facts that everyone can see. Since July 2020, about 10 thousand intensive care beds have disappeared from the DIWI register, there is still no abnormality in the mortality rate. 99.9 % of the population has not died from the virus.
0.25 % of the deceased are under 30 and these people should also be vaccinated to protect the elderly who have been vaccinated. In a panel discussion, an editor said that you can see how well the masks work by the fact that there is no more flu. When asked why there was still coronavirus, she replied that it was because people weren't paying enough attention (you could go mad). I could go on listing all this conspicuous crap, but actually I just wanted to encourage Mr. Eisenbeiss (awesome name). This whole scam will be exposed and, at least I hope so, those responsible (who knowingly walk over dead bodies) will be held accountable. Hang in there, I know it's easy to say, but I want to do at least a little bit to make you feel better.
I feared - even as a child at the age of 10, it doesn't matter to me whether people believe it or not - that it would come to this, but the fact that it actually did was deeply shocking, even for me. I have always had a seventh sense and, as a highly sensitive person, I can perceive, differentiate, analyze and put the results into words. This later became my passion. Today I work very successfully as a psychologist and trainer for mental fitness. There is a logical and fundamentally simple explanation for this "phenomenon". Look for videos by and with Katy Hillander, interviewed several times by the Corona Committee, for example. This colleague illustrates this wonderfully.
Complaining and hoping for politicians won't help. Because they are working on the Great Reset. There will be less consumption in the future and therefore small businesses will die!
Instead of complaining about the system, there is only one thing to do: go to demonstrations on a regular basis and put a "fire under the ass" of politicians!
What is this man supposed to do that from? He has nothing left! And his depression causes him to have no drive and so he stays at home. He is not complaining and we know who is to blame. We have to help such people because the regime doesn't care.
The first demonstrations were a year ago. But back then, he obviously didn't realize that we were being screwed by politicians ("in the past, people treated sick people, why do we need a dictatorship today").
We only got this far because many people, including the self-employed and artists, believed the politicians back then. All lateral thinkers were framed radicals who should not be supported.
Well, those who prefer to be fooled instead of thinking for themselves should simply let politics continue to regulate everything!
Did he and other affected parties actually exert pressure on his industry association with the aim of launching massive protest actions as early as 2020? I'd wager not!
P.S. How would you like to help him if the state doesn't support him?
Hello, Mr. Tomsche,
I have deep sympathy for Mr. Eisenbeiss. Your words, on the other hand, are alien to compassion. What's more, I find their words cynical! Mr. Eisenbeiss founded a company at the age of 60! This step deserves all recognition!
I have founded and built up several companies myself. Anyone who has gone down this path knows how important the first 3 years are. You can write business plans as much as you like, but they very rarely reflect the real market situation. A lot of things are already tight, even if things are going according to plan. And then comes madness like Corona...
Demonstrations are important, yes. But who told you that Mr. Eisenbeiss wasn't on the streets?
It is NOT about whether Mr. Eisenbeiss was with the Demi. It's about whether he got his industry association and other travel agencies, AS AN INDUSTRY, to take visible action against this policy and against this PLANdemic. For example, by opening as many travel agencies as possible despite the ban. In the spirit of "we're not going along with this!" He didn't write anything about this. In general, his criticism of this misguided policy is still very moderate, given his situation!
My heart beats for small independent businesses. And I wish Mr. Eisenbeiss all the best in terms of health and business.
However, our system is so dilapidated ("the pension is safe", C-PLANdemie) that no cooperation with this system will help; instead, everyone should support the radical restructuring instead of mocking incompetent politicians!
Because our politicians are not incompetent, they are acting with full intent (delayed payments). Criticism is of no use here, only active restructuring.
I can understand your anger very well. However, under the influence of drugs, you may not be guilty, or at least there may be mitigating circumstances. The vast majority of people live in a mental prison whose existence they are not even aware of. This prison has no visible bars; it is called indoctrination. In this state, it is quite difficult to recognize contradictions, for example, as areas of the brain are inactivated or dimmed. All of this has long been well known from brain research, as well as from (experimental) psychology. All of this has already been visualized, for example in The Truman Show, The Matrix, The Wave, etc., so that people could recognize. However, linking A with B, and doing so permanently, is a brain function that only works under certain circumstances. Control the brain frequency, and you control the reality of people. Dudelfunk and television provide the material to permanently expose the brain to oscillation patterns. This starts with advertising and does not end with the "after-reports". But if you don't know that your brain is practically being roasted as a result, you react with cell ageing and inactivation. That should suffice as a detail here.
I have heard what Mr. Eisenbeiss writes so often and have also experienced some of it in my inner circle. I often wake up and think, am I aggressive or depressed now..., I have to make a lot of effort to keep my center. I'm changing and it really hurts me to realize that. Fortunately, I still have a small handful of people who support me when I'm feeling bad. Most of the others don't believe that everything will change.
Mr. Eisenbeiss, I sincerely hope that you also have people around you who give you energy and strengthen you!
Love to all the people who read here!
Bettina Schmitz from Bergisch Gladbach
PS: I am currently working off my aggression by 1. filing a criminal complaint against Mr. Spahn with the public prosecutor's office in Berlin and 2. also preparing a criminal complaint to all health ministers of the federal states! I am at your disposal for further information!
I am afraid that the criminal complaints will not help, because Mr. Füllmich reported several times in the meetings of the Corona Committee that the public prosecutor's offices are bound by instructions. It is therefore helpful to make the answers to your criminal complaints public in order to generate pressure and help citizens to wake up!
The receipt of my criminal complaint including 140 pages of attachments (international expert reports etc.) from the beginning of March 2021 on the subject of the PCR test has not yet been confirmed to me despite 3 requests, although this must be done according to § 158 para. 1 sentences 3 and 4 StPO. I realize that the StA is bound by instructions and therefore does not do anything about Corona. After all, you cannot force anyone [at gunpoint] to take a document from you and acknowledge receipt of it. You can refuse to accept it, and that is exactly what the StA is doing here. This is also a violation of the law, or at least an omission in office. So I'm going to submit the whole thing again and this time in person, so that receipt can be certified immediately. At the same time, I hear that the police refuse to accept complaints, even though they are not authorized to refuse them. Hardly anyone in the FRG is interested in all this. However, the behavior of the authorities also provides inspiration for our own positioning.
You can submit something like this directly to a court (I think) so that they can then issue a temporary injunction for the recipient to take action. I don't know where you sent your criminal complaint, but someone MUST respond to it. At least if everything is correct. Which you don't always know at the moment.
Yes, the keyword is compulsory investigation proceedings. Everything only works if the justice system works. This is no longer the case; the prosecution of the family court judge from Weilheim and Weimar has torn the larva off. A lot of things happen as a result of group dynamics, including socio-economic ostracism. In Weimar, meanwhile, a public desecration of a memorial event in honor of Judge Ch. Dettmer took place on May 1, which the Thuringian state judiciary actively encouraged. State bodies are increasingly systematically disregarding the law. In order for this to succeed, be maintained and intensified, the corona narrative must not be questioned. Wieler's statement "... must never be questioned." is not a request, but an open threat. We are now experiencing who is declared an enemy of the state by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
In compulsory investigation proceedings, investigations would be ordered by the court. However, I assume that all of this will come to nothing in the case of corona. Corona is an operation that follows an international agenda. Claus Schwab from the WEF writes this himself in his book. Anyone naive enough to believe that "governments" control the destiny of a country and protect its citizens is ignoring the fact that states are over-indebted and have effectively been bought up. At the federal press conference, Mrs. Merkel openly declared, when asked by Boris Reitschuster, that her decisions are political, not health-related. All MPs who initially acted with normal common sense were briefed and brought into line. Bill Gates' appearance on ZDF speaks volumes. All repressive measures are unconstitutional, regardless of the amendment to the IfSG. Now the BVerfG has all The urgent applications filed in this regard were rejected. Any questions, Kienzle?
I have sent my criminal complaint to the public prosecutor's office in Cologne, the State Ministry of Justice and the Federal Public Prosecutor General. No reaction.
hello mr. eisenbeiss, i am very touched by what you have to suffer because of the corona regime. i hope that all those responsible will finally be held legally accountable.
but first and foremost i hope that the joy of life will return to you !
"longing like Robinson"-" the travel agency of the future", not only sounds beautiful, but should be a program for people! following this longing lets us recover in soul and spirit after all that we have endured/experienced. therefore your business idea is great and should be financially supported by a wave of brotherhood!
could you set up a donation account, publish it here and on other platforms?
dear mr. eisenbeiss, sometimes the name obliges... yours is powerful in the bite! go to a broad public, look for people who are affected by the same "circumstance" . together we are strong! all the best to you!
p.s. unfortunately i can't use your services because i have already realized my "longing like robinson"....
It's just sad what this country has become. There are soooo many of these fates, I lost two friends, both also that age, stand builders, who were shut down right at the first lockdown and never got back on their feet and only saw one way out, to end their lives. For me, it is now clear that there is no pandemic. Of course there is corona, but it has been around for decades and of course, as with the flu, people whose immune systems are not in order can get seriously ill and die. Flu, is extinct........ Funny...... Our constitution has been abolished. Event 201, Agenda 2030, no pipe dreams, but the plain truth. The government has incapacitated us without evidence-based studies, figures and panic is spread from morning to night and it works. I'm currently reading Klaus Schwab's book and what can I say, the Great Reset is going according to plan. People can only be controlled by fear and anyone who takes a critical look at it is pushed into a corner. What kind of life is it, these block watchers who are constantly reminding you, MASKE...... The majority of the population is still in a deep sleep, they think everything will be fine again, which will never happen, but that's the positive thing, everything that's going wrong here is now becoming so visible. It's hard to keep going, but giving up is not an option. I hope Mr. Eisenbeiss will also persevere, because I still believe in justice
here is a clear explanation: Great Reset - World domination as a new world order? Dr. Wolfgang Nestvogel, https://youtu.be/vFcF-cBWttM?t=1278 .
In it, I learned when K. Schwab published his book, which predicted the downfall of German industry, etc. ... at the beginning of March 2020. This allowed me to explain the rapid turnaround in March/April 2020. The approach fits in with the statement by Biden's national security advisor (https://www.solidaritaet.com/neuesol/2021/20/ressourcen.htm) and in Europe it is probably about curtailing fundamental rights and getting used to war-related cuts.
Yes....... you can see what it looks like in our beautiful state when you are really dependent on it. You can pay taxes for many years, but woe betide you if you get into trouble. What's more, this gentleman would certainly not have got into trouble in the first place without our state. Nobody wants to see the abuses, especially not those who are STILL doing well. But we can be happy to live here. Even if we only make things worse for people on the other side of the world.......... The main thing is that we stay healthy !!!
And that's what we call solidarity.
The only thing missing is that the gentleman who wrote this is told he should be glad he's not in intensive care. Which is great, of course. But the one has nothing to do with the other. People prefer to sacrifice those they don't see that way.
As tragic as this is for the individual, it is part of the WEF clique's plan.
Flatten and sell off the middle class, the small fish as by-catch will suffocate miserably on deck.
But we live in the 'best Germany we've ever had'!
I advise you to contact the Corona Committee, they collect and investigate exactly these cases of 'collateral damage' and you get a perspective on how they can act.
I wish you strength and courage, you will make it!
Corona committee is a good idea
He has no more money and he no longer has the €800. It is fatal that those who trusted the regime are now being really screwed.
Even if it sounds harsh: hardly anyone was forced to be taken for a ride. There has been literature on the subject for X years. Everyone had the choice to deal with it. I don't accept that the topic is completely unknown. It was and is up to each individual how they evaluate what they are offered. This requires knowledge and education in order to be able to assess the content. I have therefore decided to want to know above all else and to put EVERYTHING else at the back of my mind. Of course, this gives me an advantage now, but it is very relative. We should at least now be ready, able and willing to behave like human beings and not like cash machines whose first question and only currency is MONEY!
Mr. Eisenbeiss, you must persevere and make your name your program! I, also from Hamburg, also self-employed, know what you are talking about.
The first printed aid money came quickly in 2020. We are not quite as badly hit as you, as we have old sales figures. We've had ZERO turnover since 2020 and the tax office and health insurance company are coming back to us with fat back payments. Not that you have enough to worry about. Even your own tax advisor is taking the mickey. You get the feeling that he too is now working for the tax office. He is delaying (it's not our turn yet) our applications for the aid money. It's almost May now and we received the last money for December 2020 in April. This was just enough to cover our business costs, including rent. But what about private expenses with ZERO turnover?
Greetings from Hamburg
A.
Thanks to the "generous aid", not much more is planned! It only helps to bring this scandal to the attention of the public!
Oh, what is this super ingenious committee supposed to do???? another story in their next hour-long ramblings?????
Who is still naive enough to believe this group?
That's right, it's called "controlled opposition"
"who sent them, the enemy?" ... isn't Peter Frankenfeld's gag when a new soldier was mustered ... thanks for making me laugh ... 🙂 ...
You should be able to differentiate.
