Water, wine and digestif

from Peter Löcke

Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 12:43 p.m. The motion for mandatory vaccination from the age of 60 is rejected. With 296 votes in favor, 378 against and nine abstentions, the decision was clearer than expected. Did you feel like me, that you would have liked to open a good bottle of red wine at that moment? I didn't give in to this spontaneous impulse. It wasn't so much the time of day. It was because the red wine would have tasted too watery on second thought. Why? Two phenomena are giving me a headache.

The first phenomenon is the media reaction. How did the leading media react to the Bundestag's rejection of compulsory vaccination? There was a hail of angry criticism. Criticism for all parties. The media are increasingly becoming an independent political actor with a cemented, almost narrow-minded attitude. This basic attitude increasingly resembles a religious creed. The primitive media mantra is: "Vaccination means saving lives. Compulsory vaccination means saving lives". Period. That's it. That's it. Very few exceptions confirm this immovable position. The outrage at the CDU, the FDP and the AfD was correspondingly great. But there was also criticism of the supporters of compulsory vaccination. They should have been more skillful in enforcing the only true mandatory vaccination without an alternative. Here's a quote from Focus: "Scholz and Lauterbach have finally messed up the compulsory vaccination: we are all losers."

To use an image: For critics of compulsory vaccination, it felt like political ghost drivers had been stopped for the time being. A feeling of relief spread. At last. At last, German ghost drivers in a waking world have been stopped. Stopped in a democratic process. Afterwards, the hysterical German media world - from A for ARD to Z for Die Zeit - outdid itself in calling on the ghost drivers to stay on course and put the pedal to the metal. Is this the petulant behavior of a toddler who doesn't want to admit a mistake? Or is it media pragmatism because they believe that the point of no return has long since been passed? I don't know. Conviction or pragmatism? What do you think as a reader? The water in my wine is the media.

For the second phenomenon, I need to expand a little. What do you consider to be the greatest political talent? Integrity, competence, truthfulness? Please. It is the ability to create win-win situations. A shrewd political player in terms of public relations knows how to take advantage of every decision, every election, every poll, even criticism and defeats. If not in the short term, then in the medium term. In concrete terms, this means the vote on compulsory vaccination from the age of 60: it goes without saying that pushing through compulsory vaccination would have been a political success for Scholz, Lauterbach and co. This was not the case. So immediately  the ground has been prepared to turn this defeat into a victory in the medium term. And who can do that better than Karl Lauterbach?

Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 12:49 pm. Six minutes after the vote was announced. The part-time health minister and full-time talk show and Twitter king Lauterbach is tweeting. I take the liberty of serving Lauterbach's hard-to-digest brainwaves in portions and translating them with commentary.

"The only bill that would have made vaccination compulsory has just failed."
Thank you very much, Mr. Lauterbach. Politically interested people knew that at the time. Surely you misspoke and meant "compulsory vaccination from 60"? Or did you involuntarily betray yourself and mean that the can opener for compulsory vaccination for all has failed?
"It is a very important decision, because now the fight against corona will be much more difficult in the fall."
Oh dear. It would be hard to find a more obvious way of looking for and finding people to blame for your own future failures. After the unvaccinated, it will now obviously be all the opponents of compulsory vaccination. Everything would be fine if only we had decided to make vaccination compulsory in April. You can now place bets on when this sentence will be uttered for the first time.
"It doesn't help to apportion political blame."
Quod erat demonstrandum. That's exactly what you did one sentence earlier, Mr. Lauterbach. The Minister of Health is a veritable treasure trove for every first-semester linguistics and psychology student.
"We'll keep going."
The only credible sentence in Lauterbach's tweet. At most, the subject of this sentence is debatable. Beyond the tweet, it is astonishing how often Mr. Lauterbach replies with "we" when he is personally (!) attacked. "We doctors", "we democrats", "we scientists". However, when Lauterbach acts as a moral authority and warner, his sentences begin with "I". Self-exaltation and egomania while at the same time hiding in the group. Pay attention to this.

Enough of the politically murky water. Hence some more smooth wine. Almost a digestif for me, a tasty digestive. It takes courage to face your enemies. It takes even more courage to face your friends. Six members of the Green Party considered their personal values to be more important than cadaver obedience. They didn't follow a Janosch with a narrow Dahmen beard. One of them was called Max Lucks, 24 years old, an avowed gay Catholic. Another was called Tessa Ganserer. A man, or woman, with balls. Life can be so wonderfully ironic. How tolerant will the Tolerance Party be with these people?

  1. Hello Mr. Löcke,

It is always a pleasure to read your texts. Of course, I was also relieved that the obligation to inject a pharmaceutical broth - I am not prepared to call this substance a vaccination or even just a (gene therapy) drug - from 60 or whenever has been averted for the time being. And of course I can also see that things will go further; following the recipe for success, one step back, two steps forward.

Would it not be appropriate to demand a precise analysis of the events of the last two years from the German government and its subordinate institutions? To demand it emphatically? Loudly? Yes, I know, it's difficult and it won't work out loudly, because the censors hardly listen to those who think differently. That alone shows that they know what they are doing - the puppeteers in the background.

People in our society seem to live in different realities depending on the media they consume and the environment in which they live. But basically, we have all subordinated ourselves to the illusory reality constructed by the puppeteers by using their predetermined language. We are not outside, we are inside, we are underneath. We have not broken the framework that was and is given to us; the framework within which we have to think. We are equally victims of framing.

    Best regards
    Ines Maas

    1. Dear Ms. Maas,

DDr. Renate Holzeisen has already tried unsuccessfully to have these substances banned by the EU, again and again and so far in vain. But time is working. I am pinning my hopes on the proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court at the end of April. If, as announced, a precise taking of evidence is really carried out here, this could be a decisive step.

      Best regards.

    2. Absolutely right, Ms. Maas,
Unresearched substances, not sufficiently tested, without long-term studies, with mysterious ingredients, should never have been approved, should have been stopped immediately after the first death by injection at the latest, and also as soon as serious damage became known and was proven.
Meanwhile even the Paul Ehrlich Institute admits 2,200 as the official number of deaths after injections, pathology professors have proven the lethality, the number of seriously injured is already 300,000, the number of unreported cases is higher, very few have been examined for the exact cause of death, many do not report their injuries or it is covered up by doctors and authorities - this filth MUST be banned, the population cannot be given a choice!
The state bans alcohol for young people, but makes lethal substances freely available, lures them with rewards and gifts - even parents are allowed to hand over small children to deadly filth, the population is driven to injecting with severe coercion, lies, camouflage and deception, with cover-ups.
The state has an obligation to protect us!
The courts have the obligation to protect us from a state that allows and even orders killings and harm!
The Constitutional Court must ensure that the constitution is respected and that fundamental rights are guaranteed!
“ Corona zeigt dass der Rechtsstaat funktioniert ! “ – sagt Stephan Harbarth.

  2. Lauterbach is a violent political criminal and should be locked up! I was pleased when that was overturned, but I think the next dirty tricks will be on the way again in the fall. If you've tried it once, you'll try it again. Or could you honestly be happy if a burglar failed to break in and ran off into the woods? Would you still feel safe then? No, he'll come back and try again.
How can this person be so unscrupulous. There is now so much vaccine damage in my environment that it makes me sick. And one thing they have managed to do is scare people so much that I realize exactly the same thing as some of the previous writers here. People are so stupid and still run around with a rag in front of the shower. As long as that is the case, we will always be a target. What I like best are the contemporaries who sit all alone in their car with a mask on. You can't think of anything else! Or they like their own muffle breath so much.....

  3. But what surprised me the most: Apart from you and me (in various blog posts), no one has addressed this issue of the stiff-necked media. Not even in the alternative media.

I had a similar experience with the publications on vaccination rates according to the RKI, which I published and commented on in regular posts. After that, the whole compulsory vaccination debate was nonsense, because the vaccination rate for people over 60 was already 88.9 %. And a general vaccination requirement could only apply to the 6-12, 13-18, 19-59 age groups, where the vaccination rate is lower, even if it is still 79 % in the 19-59 cohort. However, these are precisely the groups that are neither infectious nor infecting.

Compulsory vaccination was therefore about injecting every arm, from infants to centenarians. Preferably by subscription. But that can only be a goal of the pharmaceutical industry and its corrupt henchmen. Independent media, including alternative media, could simply reveal this. Yes, if they weren't part of the system corruption themselves.

In other words, we are actually living in a kind of matrix in which truth and falsehood are completely interchanged with the aim of confusing and isolating people. Alternative media also play a part in this. The latter are perhaps even more dangerous because people believe them more, even if they sail under a false flag. They are just the "recorders" of the media system.

The fact that the media have taken on the important role of setting the pace in the matrix is due to the fact that they are essentially part of the matrix and can control their journalists almost completely. While the political system (still) has a greater degree of freedom. There is still a residual dependence, at least of the directly elected members of parliament, on their voters.

The citizens themselves have no chance of seeing through the interdependencies of the matrix. All they can do is take to the streets against the system in individual cases, as they are doing now against compulsory vaccination. However, the members of the matrix are certain that they will wrest this partial victory back from them.

As a highly industrialized country, and now as the inventor of the new vaccines, Germany has been under the compulsion of the matrix, the military-pharmaceutical-globalist-financial complex, for one hundred and fifty years. Which is why the battles for the domination of ideologies and economic power are being fought out particularly fiercely here.

Coupled with the proverbial cadaver obedience of the Germans, this is an explosive mixture that has already been unleashed twice, and now perhaps a third time, to the detriment of Germany's citizens.

  4. First of all, I would like to say that the red wine was not watery, because this decision was the public denunciation of the epidemic unity party, XDU/XSU (X arbitrarily) and FDP was closer to the shirt than the pants. Lindner, the RTL son-in-law, and Merz, the liaison to Anglo-American high finance, have clearly spoken out in favor of compulsory vaccination, but have probably not been able to get their way.
The press did not surprise me, quite simply because it is centrally controlled by the Atlantic Bridge. It is driving politics forward with ever more obvious distortions of the truth. When I imagine all those completely confused readers of the Tagesspiegel and Die Zeit, they hardly dare to go outside thanks to Giovanni. I can't imagine how many of them have developed an anxiety disorder and not gone to the doctor or even harmed themselves. But these old media are losing more and more of their consumers, I don't know what percentage of young people still watch them. We don't get the real poll results, but with the unprecedented wave of protests it should be clear that only a minority still fully support the old parties.
Lauterschwach, for me he is not a half-baked man who doesn't know what he is doing. He is the Federal Minister for the pharmaceutical industry and capital interests in the healthcare sector and he is doing his job well, perhaps even very well. He has the full support of the inner leadership circle of the Pfizer-sponsored SPD and even Friedrich vom schwarzen Felsen nods approvingly. They are all accepting over 30 million deaths internationally as a result of the lockdowns, just as they are now causing massive supply bottlenecks for the poorest people in the world due to the loss of wheat supplies (Ukraine war).

    1. Dear Dr. Wessel, I tend to feel like a minority when I walk through the city like this. Today, on a quiet walk through the city on Sunday, it became clear what makes the majority tick. An endless number of people out in the spring air with FFP2, most stores are now swinging the moralist club after the law club. The main tenor: WE continue to be mindful and considerate, and YOU? But also a clear call to carry, otherwise you can stay outside. I feel more and more like a retarded, incorrigible criminal in this community. In the supermarket yesterday there were exactly three free faces, all the rest, and there were a lot of them, were wearing masks. Will that change again? At the moment I can't imagine it will.

      1. Dear Mr. Linsner, people are just insecure, they believe they have to protect themselves, why is not quite clear to them, it can't really be the vaccine, can it? They doubt the pharmaceutical minister's promises of salvation, but don't really know why. The untruthful reporting of the press led by the black rock (through the Atlantic Bridge) does not make it any easier for many. It takes some time and alternative news, especially about the horrendous numbers of side effects.
The Standard in Vienna has broken its silence on the subject and presented some hefty statistics. Perhaps someone in Germany has also recognized the signs of the times at some point. Nonetheless, the doubt is already there. It will! H.W..

  5. The third shot of water in the wine of the blissful:
This vote, in which every MP should only follow their conscience (and of course the facts), is a warning signal as to how free or dependent our MPs really are. Just 30 MPs have decided against the majority opinion of their party. That's only about 4%! The majority of professional politicians are socially and economically fixated dependents of their respective parties, who can hardly find a way out of their dependency and therefore hardly dare to vote against the majority opinion of their party. They are too dependent on a promising list position every four years. The younger and the less professional experience, the more so. This voting result is not due to Parliament and its independent MPs, but to a rare alliance of four parties against the rampant irrationality of this government.

The fourth shot of water in the wine:

I have to admit, there was no water in my red wine for the evening. There must be enough time to celebrate unadulterated joy for the moment. Then the battle continues. That is clear.
    Best regards
    Ulrich

  7. This is the new normal. The apocalyptics and demagogues have been proven right, life will never be the same again.

The measures are lifted, but the spirit of the state of emergency remains. People have absorbed the narrative into their DNA, masks have become a relic of supposed solidarity and ideologized do-gooderism. The deep-rooted fear of infection institutionalizes distance.

The established media have given up their function as the compliant mouthpiece of the government and are now striving for the executive chair at propaganda headquarters themselves.

The contact restrictions have been lifted, but contact with people you thought you knew and who turned out to be brainwashed populist followers during the crisis has lost all appeal.

The deep wounds of publicly legitimized defamation and agitation against a critical minority have left scars.

The new normal is the loneliness of the free spirit in a sea of authority-hungry social media prostitutes who have made themselves at home in this brave new world.

    1. Aufgehoben, Herr Mayer?

    2. Nice biting comment, I can only agree - was at a long-awaited Dimash concert in Düsseldorf last night, there was no real atmosphere, some people voluntarily kept their masks on.

  8. ...and Anna-Lena Baerbock has to leave the NATO summit in Brussels on the instructions of Mr. Scholz so that her voice for compulsory vaccination is not missing...grotesque...
In the meantime, the viruses are assimilating - just like the ones that have always been there...in honor of Mr. Lauterbach, however, every cold is now quarantined...so the Germans are in quarantine when the Russians come...
Refugee children who are traumatized and have stopped speaking are harassed with distance and masks...are you still okay, Germany...because of shit the toilet paper shelves in the supermarkets are empty again...
We will soon be faced with completely different challenges...but remain stuck on the long outdated topic of compulsory vaccination...instead of working flat out to restore civil protection, which for years was less important than the local soccer club, whose colors light up the critical infrastructure...perhaps we should put away a packed suitcase in case things have to go quickly...

    1. For all those who fall for the current propaganda: https://studyflix.de/geschichte/koreakrieg-4307 and https://studyflix.de/geschichte/vietnamkrieg-4291

As we see again and again, neither the USA nor Russia or China learn anything from history. The history of horror seems to repeat itself incessantly. Each side needs its opponent to keep the militarists on its own side happy and to justify the huge expenditure. Because these criminals agree on this point: the (own) military must not be called into question.

Anyone who stands in the way of this gang of real and potential war criminals will end up like Olof Palme, Yitzchak Rabin and Julian Assange. They are the true heroes. Those who have their courage are not only standing up to Putin, but generally against this absolutely ruthless militarist pack on all sides. They keep preventing us from finally arriving in the 21st century and the global community from taking peaceful control of our common future.

        1. When you see politicians like Anton Hofreiter on ZDF's Berlin direkt tonight, you have no choice but to shout. This conflict is no different to any other conflict in history. One or both sides arm themselves, militarily and propagandistically, and at some point war breaks out, to the chagrin of the people affected. When Green politicians now loudly demand the delivery of tanks, they are betraying their own fundamental convictions. Everyone who helped arm Ukraine is no less responsible for this war than Putin. A conflict researcher recently explained in detail on Markus Lanz why Russia and Putin have lost their patience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uyOLmIEIAU, from min 16:30.

Just to clarify: this does not exonerate Putin. But it is a burden on politicians who have promoted this conflict: the USA and now also the Greens. The fact that they, together with the ÖRR, are now trying to stigmatize politicians such as Schröder, Merkel, Steinmeier or, more recently, Scholz, who have always striven for balance and pacification through trade, fits the picture, but should be relegated to the realm of war propaganda by the US-Ukraine alliance. If the West continues like this, it will lose the last remnants of its already limited credibility globally through hypocrisy.

So not at all the style of this political doctrine of the past 2 years ...

Mal wieder in Afrika aufgetreten.

I.e. it really isn't over yet, only we know how the hare runs. Disobedience GG Article 20 Paragraph 4, we're not going along with that.

I wouldn't have let myself be injected with this filth anyway, nor would I have let myself be coerced into it, so nothing has changed for me.
Anyone who thought that the absolute evil behind this agenda would drop out because of a vote in the German government puppet theater would be a complete naïve fool.
But - we have a majority of these fools, especially in the FRG, and they may fall into a celebratory mood, even among the critics.
When this absolute evil is defeated, completely - then I'll fill the bathtub with champagne and light a big Havana cigar! - even if it's the last thing I can afford...

  11. Impfpflicht vom Eis??

  12. Everything that happens in our existence, at this time, on the part of those who are wanted. Efforts must be made here. The human being is not a ball that can be kicked into a corner. This is all a distraction to make us small. The elbow society rules here....Who gets the power. It's all pure deception, dumbing down, killing, all inclusive. When will all of humanity wake up. Many thanks Mr. Langemann and also to your team.

  13. It is shocking that the thousands of vaccination deaths and millions of vaccination victims play no role for the media, doctors, politicians and other vaccination advocates!
Ideology above all else ... until total downfall!

  14. Hello Mr. Löcke,

It also left a bad taste in my mouth. The press is aligned, that is now more than proven.
On youtube, for example, there is no information on the voting results, this is probably censored away!

Obviously, enough members of parliament have noticed that Klabauterbach has created a license for general compulsory vaccination and continuous boosting, which we could only (perhaps) have defended ourselves against with the BVerfG.

He already has experience with Lipobay and other drugs that had to be withdrawn from the market.
Now he has the opportunity to rewrite the rules via regulations. For example, that the manure may continue to be used even after the best-before date has expired ...

For me, 2 things are essential.

    1. the compulsory vaccination of the facility should be stopped immediately. The emergency authorization of the vector and mRNA must be withdrawn immediately, the gene soup must be destroyed!
    2. die sogenannten „Basisschutzmaßnahmen“ gehören sofort aufgehoben.
Constant mask-wearing is unhealthy and (intentionally) prevents herd immunity. This basis, without any scientific or legal justification, provides the gateway for future harassment based on arbitrary and falsified data - something Klabauterbach threatens every day!

I find Mr. Ganserer's behaviour astonishing (he is biologically and legally a man - gender is not a free decision!)

The fact that Klabauterbach is still in office makes me feel uneasy, as long as he remains in office (professionally and personally unsuitable) there will be no improvement in DE!!!

  15. Food for thought

    Tax and duty obligations
    Compulsory schooling
Obligation to comply with all commands and prohibitions made by people for other people
    Mask requirement
    Compulsory testing
    Obligation to maintain distance
    Quarantine obligation
Obligation to comply with building regulations
Obligations to comply with traffic regulations
    Compulsory vaccination
    etc. etc.

    Find the error.

There is a big and fundamental difference
    between a duty
    and coercion!

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he did not immediately hand over to you 60% of his private property, indirect medium of exchange (money), acquired through peaceful, productive labor?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he does not build his conservatory according to your ideas, with the materials you prefer and in the position you want.
    builds on his private property?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he doesn't go on a treadmill and exercise for 1 hour every day?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he does not exclusively purchase and consume the food,
    that you personally prefer?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he doesn't wear the clothes you personally prefer?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
if he does not undergo the medical treatments you prefer?

Would you go to your neighbor and threaten him with violence?
    if he .....

    Would you?

No decent and peaceful person would presume to do so,
to dictate something to another person,
    no matter what!

No decent and peaceful person would
impose your will on another person!

Peacefulness, community, empathy, morality and a sense of responsibility
    are destroyed
    through the threats and applications
    of coercion and violence.

    The fact alone,
that people are accepted, respected and recognized in a society,
    who commit crimes
and, on top of that, receive money for discussing and voting on them,
on which people they will commit which crimes
    is completely absurd!

    Why this is possible,
    should, in my personal opinion
    be discussed urgently
    and not
which criminal has which opinion, expresses which opinion and appears in which committees, talk shows and on which platforms.

How can it be at all?
that being a criminal was elevated to a recognized profession,
that hardly anyone to no one
    in question?

    How can it be,
that millions of people are arguing about it instead,
wer der „bessere“ Verbrecher ist und
    choose their personal criminal favorite?

    I am very surprised.

    1. Dear Ms. Schmidt,
Anyone who doubts the usefulness of complying with traffic regulations in general should doubt themselves.
      Yours sincerely
      R. Aßmann

      1. Dear Dr. Aßmann,
Anyone who is not independently willing and/or able to move and behave mindfully in public spaces and in their basic dealings with other people should, in my personal opinion, urgently engage in self-reflection.
Anyone whose behavior causes physical harm to others should be held personally liable for damages.
However, this would require the same rules for everyone.
It is absurd to criminalize fellow human beings who do not physically harm anyone on the basis of laws that have been made - to which the creators of the laws rarely or never adhere themselves and are for the most part even exempt from these rules that they make for others - and to force them to do things that they would never do without the threat and use of violence.

        Yours sincerely
        G. Schmidt

        1. Dear Ms. Schmidt,

Mindfulness is one thing, traffic rules are another. Obeying traffic rules is an absolute necessity and cannot generally be questioned. If you see it differently, please do not try to drive according to German (or your own) traffic rules in Great Britain or vice versa, no matter how careful you are otherwise on the road. Otherwise you will quickly become a dangerous wrong-way driver.

Even as a non-politician, I consider it an infamous insinuation that politicians generally do not abide by traffic rules, even if they indisputably claim abnormal special rights for themselves in other areas, e.g. pensions or the acceptance of bribes (disguised as lecture fees, etc., of course). There should be that much fairness - also towards politicians.

          Yours sincerely
          R. Aßmann

          1. Dear Dr. Aßmann,
Traffic rules seem to be a matter close to your heart.
Well, let's take a closer look at this topic.

Persons belonging to the state monopoly make laws on speed limits.
Persons belonging to the state monopoly monitor compliance with the laws made and
Persons belonging to the state monopoly punish non-compliance with the laws made.

            1. the people themselves do not adapt their own driving behaviour to the weather conditions, road conditions and their own driving skills, organize themselves together voluntarily and peacefully in their community and decide on suitable warning signs, traffic lights at traffic junctions, etc., calculate the costs and use their own resources to implement the changes they consider important,
but state actors, at the expense of the forced net taxpayers, who have no say and often do not even live in the region themselves.

            2. all persons who belong professionally to the state monopoly are paid for their work from the raids on the working net forced taxpayers.

            3. all the resources used by public servants in the service are financed from the raids on the productive net forced taxpayers.

Compulsory seat belts, compulsory speed limits and compulsory helmets are not recommendations that are given to people on the basis of new findings, but are imposed on them.
This is a disenfranchisement of people who take part in road traffic.
A review of the cost-benefit ratio would be exciting.
Is it the improved vehicle technology that ensures greater safety and fewer road deaths, or is it the constraints imposed by the state?
Which traffic rules are merely based on assumptions and fears of some people?
What mere harassment, arbitrariness and proven pointless or even harmful (cost-benefit factor; state vs. forced net payer)?
            Etc. etc.

In other words, on behalf of the state, police officers pursue any road user who violates one of the legal constraints legitimized by the state and its actors.
            Speed cameras, traffic controls, etc.
High costs for the productive, peaceful forced net taxpayer and additional forced tax revenues for the state and its actors, through its catalog of fines, etc.
Did the pursued road users cause physical damage?
            In the rarest cases.
This means that claims that have not occurred are examined and the party or parties responsible for the damage and the injured party or parties are identified,
            but compliance with traffic regulations.

It makes no sense to punish people who have caused no physical harm.
Giving a job to people who are supposed to persecute and sanction peaceful fellow human beings who have not caused physical harm to anyone and who, on top of that, are paid for their work from stolen private property belonging to others,
            is completely absurd.

            What happens,
if a road user has caused an accident and physically injured himself and another road user?
            The police record the damage.
The motor vehicle insurance covers the costs of the damaged motor vehicles of the party responsible for the damage and the injured party and
the state compulsory health insurance fund bears the costs for the injured persons on both sides, i.e. the compulsory net taxpayers bear the costs caused by a person who is not their own.
            Sensible and effective?
            Hardly.

The person who caused the damage does not have to pay personally for the damage they have caused.
He does not even have to deal with the specific amounts of damage caused by his actions.
Even if the person who caused the damage can be proven to have acted with intent, in the worst case a third person has been seriously physically harmed or even killed and he may receive a custodial sentence,
his accommodation, meals, sports activities, possibly even vocational training, etc.
            not carried by him,
but the productive, peaceful forced net taxpayers,
            must pay for ALL costs.

Does that create a sense of responsibility?
Is the way in which the coexistence of people in Germany is organized
really sensible, peacemaking and ethically just?

            As I said,
I'm just giving you food for thought.
Everyone has to decide and choose for themselves,
what he considers meaningful, useful and peace-building.
A differentiated view certainly can't hurt,
but that is also up to each person.

            Yours sincerely
            G. Schmidt

  16. I have to laugh and suppress my nausea at the same time.
How was it possible for these figures to occupy the high house?

    1. I feel the same way.
I would also like to join Mr. M. Linsner in thanking Mr. Langemann and his team. They have
helped me not to feel so lonely in these strange times.
      Best wishes for sustainability,
      Floriana Schoofs

    2. I suspect they have installed paternosters in the high house for a few million people's money and are hopping back and forth between their interests, I mean floors, at will. Catching them without a paternoster stop seems impossible (so far). But how did it go.... Nothing is impossible ....bei God, don't forget: We are his instruments.

  17. Thank you very much, Mr. Löcke, for this article. I would like to take this opportunity to draw a small conclusion. The past two years - I was surprised myself that I have remained relatively stable while working so intensively on this complex - have taken their toll. I am now in my sixth week of illness and both physically and mentally exhausted. This forum has helped me a lot, and still does, with its reflective people and the cultivated discussion and information. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Langemann and his team, as well as all the participants in the discussion in general and some of them in particular.

The upcoming hearing before the Federal Administrative Court in May in the case of the military officers who are rebelling against the vaccination obligation there gives me some hope. The team of lawyers around Mr. Schmitz and the experts Prof. Baghdi, Prof. Burghardt and Prof. Kämmerer could perhaps be the game changer for everything, the court has allegedly signaled that it will take a close look at the vaccination issue.

So let's remain optimistic and not lose faith that good will prevail.

  18. Dear CdkW people, I had the same experience as Peter Löcke.
That's why I at least joined the LeutturmARD people....
    Nevertheless, don't give up!
    Yours sincerely, U. Stössel

  19. Hello at CdkW, dear Mr. Löcke,

A wonderful comment! And I agree with the opening statement about the bottle of wine (in my case it was almost a 24-year-old single malt...) The joy was great at first, but on second thought it was clear: THIS cow is off the ice for the time being, but it may come back soon via the EU Commission (mandatory EU vaccination passport), there are already statements to that effect.
    Greetings from Niederrhein
    Sean Tiwell

  20. Naturally, I opened a bottle of wine and celebrated this day of reason. I still can't shake the queasy feeling. My only ray of hope is time. I hope that by the fall, the daring energy policy will cause chaos so serious and all-encompassing that people in Germany will also have to face reality and corona will have to give way to real problems.

  21. Hello Mr. Löcke, no, it is no longer enough just to name things: All people who have not fallen prey to the dumbing-down machine must stand up. It is far from over. It's just the beginning. I no longer recognize long-time companions and wonder whether this computer-simulated virus can release substances that destroy a person's will and moral worth? Do you have any contacts who have experienced something similar or can investigate this professionally? If this is true, we are well on the way to becoming an army of slaves. It also shows how much fear there is of our free will. Best regards from the Saxon province!

Welcome to this platform for the cultivated exchange of arguments.

We have forgotten how to endure contradiction. It is okay to disagree here. I would ask you to remain respectful and polite. Insults and hate comments will be removed in future, as will calls to vote for political parties. I reserve the right to delete insulting or derogatory comments. This public forum and its inherent opportunity to exchange arguments and opinions is an attempt to uphold freedom of expression - including freedom of dissent. I would like to see the old-fashioned virtue of respect cultivated here.

"Controversy is not an annoying evil, but a necessary prerequisite for the success of democracy." Federal President Dr. h.c. Joachim Gauck (ret.), only 5 years ago in his speech on the Day of the Basic Law.
