They are demonstrating against the measures taken by the governments to restrict freedom in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. YouTube removed this video from our channel on 22.12.21. Reason: Harassment, threat of cyberbullying.
What is remarkable in this context is the fact that this information and images are generally not given extensive editorial consideration in the leading media. Neither in the daily newspapers nor in the public media.
From February 1 - 4, 2011, on the other hand, there was an uprising in Egypt. ARD focal points, on May 27, 2015 on the allegations of corruption against FiFA or on September 23, 2015 on the resignation of VW Chairman Martin Winterkorn, 10 minutes of ARD Brennpunkt. Also on the G20 summit in Hamburg on July 6-8, 2017 or the severe weather catastrophe in Germany, Brennpunkte from July 15-19, 2021.
These are just a few of the outstanding "Brennpunkt" programs in recent years.
This is an example of the dramatic imbalance in neutral reporting and the weighting of news.

Nobody will fundamentally change that either. There will always be poolside swimmers. You can even sympathize with them in some respects, because they are needy. Especially for belonging to at least one group. Preferably the silent majority, whose lack of criticism, complacency and subservience makes them complicit, if not accomplices. Children are often smarter than we are. They ask "Why?" first. (...if you don't ask, you stay stupid) This question has already been "put to sleep" in many adults (I don't call them adults!). And those who bury their heads in the sand today will be gnashing their teeth tomorrow. And some people still think they are not really affected. "It won't be that bad..." is what many people in Germany once thought. They were right. It got much worse. The last German journalists who are still doing their job are looking at and reporting what ends up in the editorial wastepaper basket at ARD/ZDF/Dlf etc. pp. or (if it can no longer be hushed up) is framed in line with the government using the stigmatizations available.

We learned from our really good, rather left-wing German teacher in the mid-seventies that the Tagesschau can also conceal things. This person was fully involved in our theater group together with a colleague from the GDR who had found her way to us in Lower Saxony. Teachers like that were rays of hope.
Dr. Nawitzki, a biology teacher, very old, almost seventy, told us that television is dumbing down the people. Not surprisingly, he had certain frictions with certain figures in the Thousand Year Reich. These teachers were quite awake, as I increasingly recognize.
Of course, they weren't normal teachers.

(*) No one should claim that this is not true. A 42-year-old healthy colleague, with whom I work closely on a project, narrowly escaped death months ago after being vaccinated. He is still receiving medical treatment. But politicians, journalists and lawyers who are increasingly following the same agenda are not interested in this. The best example of this was Friedrich Merz, who, like almost all politicians and journalists, has lost almost all critical faculties on this topic. Anyone who has ever taken a closer look at the emergence of authoritarian systems can appreciate just how serious the loss of critical faculties can be for a society. The former GDR functionary Angela Merkel has indeed succeeded in turning our free and democratic basic order into a state that is closer to the GDR than to the FRG and cannot even refrain from copying the methods of the fascists. Pay attention to how the tone of journalists like Slomka, Kleber & Co. changes depending on the people they are reporting on and compare them with the newsreels of the National Socialists when they reported on Jews, communists, disabled people, Sinti and Roma and Eastern Europeans/Soviet people. The similarity in terms of the change in tone is striking. Now the unvaccinated, critics of the corona measures (the ÖRR fascists' linguistic rules: "corona deniers") and critics of climate protection measures ("climate deniers") have taken their place. Thanks to the total failure of the Federal Constitutional Court, Article 1 of the Basic Law is no longer even worth the paper it is written on. A very interesting project: someone with a knowledge of the language would have to look at Chinese reporting on protest movements and compare it with local reporting on corona protests in the western world. There are very likely to be stark parallels. You can see that the governments here officially condemn China and the media there, but act like it themselves.

... doesn't really surprise me. I noticed this myself at very large demonstrations (against compulsory vaccination) in Paris. At the time, I was surprised that there wasn't a single report on this in the German TV news. I guess they want to keep the ball rolling and avoid copycats.

That corresponds to my personal experience. As an analog person (no Facebook, Twitter, etc.), for almost ten years I was only active in one digital forum, the WAZ, where I posted my insignificant comments on political and sports topics. I never had a comment deleted for violating netiquette. Then, in March 2020, I expressed my criticism of Drosten and Wieler, listed contradictions and asked why none of this was being addressed by the WAZ. Objectively formulated. The comment was deleted because it was a "factual claim". When I tried to respond by adding evidence/links for my factual claims, I found that my entire account had been blocked.
In retrospect, I am grateful, because it was only then that I rediscovered good and critical journalism.

About a week ago, I wanted to publish the following reader's comment on a Quarks (WDR) page. It was censored as a matter of course by the public broadcaster, which within a few years had mutated from a mouthpiece of the free democratic basic order of the FRG into a GDR-like state media. Anyone who reads the commentary will know why. The content is too explosive for publication. Incidentally, the climate researchers mentioned have preferred to remain silent to this day.

The fact that no climate researcher has yet come up with the idea that a body like the moon, whose surface heats up to around 130 degrees during the day, emits so much energy into space due to the 4th power of the radiation equation that it must assume a very low temperature during the 14.5-day lunar night, is an indictment of the entire profession. Due to its low rotational speed and its low heat capacity (it has no oceans), the moon can only save a small amount of energy from the 14.5-day lunar day into the long lunar night. This pushes the night temperatures into the aforementioned extreme minus range.
Due to the fourth power of the temperature dependence of the Stefan-Boltzmann equation, a uniform temperature is simply the optimum in terms of energy. Every driver knows this. You can travel a distance of 300 km at 150 km/h continuously, but also at 220 km/h for an hour and 80 km/h for an hour. Due to the second power of the speed dependence of air resistance, you cannot travel more efficiently than at a constant speed if you want to cover a certain distance in a certain time.
The Earth is already quite close to the energy optimum, as more than two thirds of the Earth's surface is covered by oceans, which in fact do not change their temperature in the day-night rhythm. Clouds also have a similar effect. Furthermore, the earth rotates at 29 times the speed of the moon (one lunar day = 29 terrestrial days).
This means that the great transformation that Angela Merkel (see 19:00 ZDF today's news from 22.04.2021, from min 3:08) and Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum and author of the book (Covid-19: THE GREAT RESET) dream of together (see speech by Angela Merkel at the World Economic Forum on 26.01.2021) can be omitted. The fact that this also removes the central reason for the exaggerated corona measures (a similar number of people die from sepsis and even younger people than from Covid-19) and thus the artificial scaremongering by politicians, scientists and the media is a pleasant side effect of this realization."
Incidentally, it's a staircase joke of history that our top state climate researcher (advisor to Angela Merkel) Stefan Rahmsstorf, PIK, calculates with the sun/moon as a disk (see https://scilogs.spektrum.de/klimalounge/der-anti-treibhauseffekt-herrn-ermecke/ and https://www.meteo.physik.uni-muenchen.de/lehre/roger/Einfuehrung_Teil_III/Einfuehrung_Teil_III_041108.pdf, page 68-70), while a few years ago, Mr. Rahmstorf hurled the following statement at the well-known TV meteorologist Jörg Kachelmann after a talk show appearance on Twitter: "The earth is a disc", accompanied by a corresponding graphic. Jörg Kachelmann had dared to contradict a climate researcher present, who claimed that storms were not only becoming more violent, but were also occurring more frequently. Since then, the two have been engaged in legendary Twitter duels.

The most frightening thing for me is that these red-green fools in journalist's caps don't notice, or don't want to notice, that they are subsequently confirming Pegida, which was already scandalizing the "lying press" when many of us middle-class citizens were still convinced of the honesty of this media juggler troupe. They already know, the star journalists of Germany, that they are only the ruminants of the official government announcements, but who will write anything else when they dance with the politicians at the annual Federal Press Ball, believing themselves to belong to a higher caste with the politicians and behaving accordingly.

Where is the truth? Are not all opinions the same
I am so glad that Mr. Langemann addresses a point that is often underestimated. It's not just about the WHAT and HOW of reporting, but often about the WHAT NOT. So which topics are consistently hushed up by the media, which images are consistently withheld from viewers? What the viewer does not read about and, above all, does not see any pictures of, does not exist.
This makes me think of an answer from Prof. Meyen. In the interview here on CdkW, Mr. Langemann asked him in conclusion whether both of them should now be afraid of being defamed as "guilty of contact". Surprisingly, Michael Meyen replied that this would initially be positive because it would mean that the interview would have a reach, that it would "make waves". That's how it is. Defamation is always preceded by an attempt to ignore it.
When do the fact-checkers show up? Only when a criticism has made too big a splash and has reached the mainstream normal citizen. Do the critics' arguments then appear in the original? No. As a rule, they are reproduced completely without meaning. The average Joe is simply not supposed to form a first-hand opinion. I remember a fact check by Wulf Rohwedder from BR about RA Fuellmich. It was about whether Fuellmich's claim that the PCR test was unsuitable for determining an infection/disease was true. Not one argument of the medical experts to which Fuellmich referred was mentioned and refuted in this fact check. All that was said was that the medical experts were scientific outsiders and that THE science was otherwise in agreement. The most astonishing thing, however, was that the name Fuellmich was not mentioned once during the entire fact check on Fuellmich. He was dubiously described as "a lawyer from Lower Saxony". After all, with ARD's supervised thinking, no viewer should be able to form their own judgment. At the time, I wrote a factual criticism of the way this fact check was done. Untypically for ARD, commenting was possible on a YouTube channel of the public broadcaster. My politely formulated criticism (which I found difficult because of the primitiveness of the fact check) was deleted within a minute.

They turn away from the facts that displease them and prefer to idolize error when it is able to seduce them.

After reading the book, I can better understand and categorize the current, like all past distortions, also in relation to earlier catastrophic politics in the Third Reich. But I don't want to equate them with the present day.
The films of peaceful demonstrations against censorship and restrictions on freedom are striking in one respect. The German wears the mask well.
I was in Poland and Greece this year, where people are not so intimidated.

In the digital age, anyone anywhere in the world, at any time and in any language can access a wide range of different information.
Personal responsibility, initiative and self-interest are simply necessary.
If it weren't for the REALLY ELEMENTARY questions, there would be an interest in people living together peacefully, which I assume is the case for the majority of people worldwide:
Why are coercion and violence against peaceful fellow human beings considered normal and accepted by the state and its actors (a state as a monopolist of law and violence)?
Why are some people in this society allowed to aggressively acquire their property, build and increase their wealth through robbery, deception, lies and fraud against peaceful fellow human beings, instead of acquiring property, building and increasing their wealth in a peaceful manner like any decent person?
Why do most people accept a two-tier system in which those who belong to public law are above all others in private law?
Why are not all people equal before the same law, private law?
Why is it not self-evident that all people who cause physical harm to fellow human beings must be personally liable for their actions and their private property?
How can it be that people who simply want to be left alone in this country, who do not want to use the services of the state and its actors and institutions, but only want to organize their own lives peacefully, freely, self-determinedly and on their own responsibility and shape them through voluntary cooperation with their fellow human beings, are forbidden to do so (no right of secession)?
How can it be that most people in this country don't even know that they personally are among the net taxpayers - in other words, that they are being paid from the robbery of peaceful fellow human beings?
Why are people not allowed to organize themselves freely, self-determinedly and independently in their communities, cities or even federal states - a Germany of many small Lichtensteins?
Wouldn't these be really important and overdue questions that people should ask themselves and discuss openly and respectfully with each other through the exchange of arguments and ideas?
Shouldn't the majority of people in the 21st century be able and willing to reject coercion and violence against fellow human beings and especially against those under their protection as a means of realizing their own goals, always, everywhere and in whatever form?
In my humble personal opinion, personal responsibility, absolute respect for other people's property and personal liability with one's own private property for one's own actions are THE key to peaceful coexistence.
This should be urgently considered and discussed.

It just so happens that nothing is more important to red-green TV and radio personnel than the propagation of their cult language and the obsessive preoccupation with red-green issues such as right-wing extremists (= not red-greens), the unvaccinated, global warming and incineration, people seeking protection, discrimination against any adopted minority, etc. Virtually no program outside of US entertainment productions gets by without a message to the audience. Feature film or documentary: Here someone is racially harassed, there women are prevented from advancing, yet elsewhere the necessary measures to improve the world are omitted, or, also sometimes possible, the miraculous conversion of a denier of something through the courageous intervention of a young woman. An endless, tiresome litany with Germany's most progressive group in the leading role. The foreign country only appears in two functions, scenically as a tourist destination or socially as a bad example. Of course, the whole thing also has plenty of comic aspects. For example, I read in a program preview for a documentary that "due to climate change" the animals are now having more difficulty getting through the winter than before. What can you do? There's no need to say anything more about this. Tunnel vision in its most extreme form. Incurable. As Montesquieu rightly observed: When an idea enters a hollow head, it fills it completely - because there is no other idea that could take its place.

I think I've mentioned it before on another occasion. In my time at Runway 18 West in Frankfurt am Main, there were violent, really violent "demonstrations" practically every day. Two colleagues were shot dead, including my sports teacher. The population of the surrounding communities showed solidarity with the mob to an alarmingly large extent, holding police officers from behind while they were brutally attacked with clubs, branches, etc. I wrote about my impressions at the time and got a full page in the FAZ.
Later, when I was working in security at Deutsche Bank AG, there was a very large "demonstration" during a board meeting in Berlin, from which people chanted: "Come time, come advice, come assassination"! Mrs. Herrhausen said at the time with tears in her eyes: "Do they really mean us?"

It shows more and more that we are once again becoming aware of our duty to inform. Relying on others to do it for us is once again very clearly wrong or a mistake. We can only help ourselves. There will be no help from outside.
We do it, we do something and we take responsibility for it. This is the only way that what we have achieved will last.

You have taken the first step on the path to "freedom" with "comprehensive" reporting. The second step is being taken by those of us who obtain information from independent journalists, doctors and scientists on a daily basis and share it with interested parties. The many small steps that will finally lead us out of this forced situation must be taken by all those who are comfortably and indecisively passive, but who are walking with a big stomach ache and can nevertheless pull themselves together to take a stand. Those who are convinced by political action will remain rigid in their thoughts and actions. No step is to be expected.
