I don't find the lawyer Fuellmich to be as serious and convincing as he is trying to suggest here. Although he holds ALles in such high esteem and it's an incredibly important case for him, he doesn't manage to watch and analyze the entire 3-hour meeting of the CDU executive committee (with the Gates Foundation, among others) cited as proof of his theses? Does he need the "help of journalists" for this? All right ...
He just fires off a lot of things that sound serious and convincing and he also has some questionable points to make (but it's clear anyway that not everything went perfectly) but he doesn't seem to want to work in a more detailed and serious way than the other side... that's too exhausting.
The name Prof. Dr. Ezekiel Okemwa cannot be found in either the English or German Wikipedia list of Nobel Prize winners. There is Al Gore and the IPCC.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your research and the neutral presentation of the facts in your articles. Some of them are more exciting than a thriller.
In my view, the class action is a first step towards addressing this issue. The product liability approach sounds promising.
The only thing I can think of about PCR tests is: "if you measure, you measure crap". When I read about 30/40 or more cycles and various conversions of genes, I feel sick as someone who is well versed in measurement technology and statistics. A stable, reproducible measurement system sounds different to me. The fact that laboratories can theoretically modify the tests themselves and that they do not have to be approved is the icing on the cake. I ask myself the question: what can citizens do who are "ordered" to be deprived of their liberty on the basis of the results of an unstable measuring system? Is such a thing even tenable?
The following comment on product liability: in companies, employees are increasingly confronted with product liability training and various compliance issues (bribery/antitrust law). Politicians should also have to complete such a training program and be obliged to comply with it. I lose my job and can be held financially accountable for any damage caused if I violate this. Hence the reference to an earlier comment on laboratory liability: If someone knowingly uses or distributes a defective product, they are also liable for damages incurred.
One last note to Mr. Langemann:
Is it possible to publish subsequently created transcripts and the audio versions on one page? This would collect the comments on the same topic, so to speak. There are currently 85 comments on the page with the video and 15 comments on the page with the transcript. Just a suggestion, if it is technically possible.
If someone does such great work as Dr. Fuellmich - and if the lawsuit is successful, then that is more than great work - then he should also earn a lot of money! He has every right to do so! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get our freedom and basic rights back!

The real problem is Dr. Merkel - herself a scientist and therefore only believes other scientists, and after three terms of office already in other spheres anyway. And which German/foreign judge would tinker with Dr. Merkel's stuff?
Nothing against the educational work that inevitably goes hand in hand with Mr. Fuellmich's actual efforts to launch his class action.
(5 years ago, mass PCR tests would probably have generated the same figures that our government uses today for statistical acrobatics).
However, despite Fuellmich's assurances that his project is altruistic, it should be borne in mind that law firms seeking a class action lawsuit along American lines always act out of a certain gold-digger mentality. In this case, however, the defendant is not just any company that is being fleeced or even broken up, but a country - Germany. It is an illusion on Mr. Fuellmich's part to believe that the aggrieved German business community does not recognize the milquetoast calculation involved here. In the long term, they would have to pay back their own compensation via the tax, there is no way around it. If this class action is successful, there would also be immense claims from abroad, which would not only weaken Germany but could drive it into complete ruin. But what does Mr. Fuellmich care - he still has his bonanza ranch in sunny California.

Although the whole world is concerned about this issue, it is incredibly difficult to get comprehensive information. There were critical voices right from the start, but they were ignored by the leading media and quickly pigeonholed. Just like the people at the demonstrations in many cities across the country. The term "Covidiot" is just one example of many in this context.

You didn't. That may also be the point of the exercise. With the precise question posed by H. Langemann, the eggs start to drop - if Drosten has "not suitable" written on the package insert, then that's what it is - neither Drosten nor his lawyers are stupid, and what remains are the legal costs. And Fuellmich is (a few times hints have slipped out) a linxgreen voter, sits in California, the center of the LEFT Democrats (but has not (yet) understood that this corona in the USA is pushing against Trump and that he is / would be his partner - has the WHO poured out), has also praised Warren and Biden in a subordinate clause as a bearer of hope. (One who is now recognizably totally stupid and, at least since UKRAINE, also recognizably unrestrainedly corrupt. But worst of all for me: there is hardly a group photo where he is not standing in front of little girls, sniffing them and "accidentally" trying to fondle a nipple).
WURSCHT: It is believable that Fuellmich does not want to live in the "Bill Gates Corona" world, any more than I do (who has gone underground since H5N1 for the sake of my quackies and knows very well that not even the PCR Nobel Prize winner K. Mullis managed to find the HIV/Aids study as a source reference for a report).
AND: Only the American money-grubbing lawyers have a chance of detonating a "bomb", especially as the US judiciary has it in its genes to feel responsible for everything in the world anyway. Even if Drosten doesn't exactly give them an eleven.
In this respect, Fuellmich once considered charging €800 net RA fees per participant so that everyone can take part - PLUS 10% profit sharing.
That would be a few billion as a treat for the lawyers. Nevertheless, I liked the cautious approach to the selection, because perhaps a few hundred million is enough for some people to lose.

There's truth in those words. The only good thing about the whole thing is that people are starting to question whether the conditions that existed before Corona should continue. In the New York Times, US epidemiologist Michael Mina criticizes the PCR test used in most countries: These tests would in principle only provide yes or no as possible results. This means that non-infectious people test positive and have to go into quarantine, even though they are not infecting anyone.
Mina calls for a different testing strategy that takes infectivity into account. This involves the so-called CT value (CT stands for cycle threshold).
In the PCR test, the viral DNA is amplified in cycles. The fewer cycles it takes to detect the virus, the higher the viral load and therefore the risk of infection from the donor of the sample.
The US physician - as well as the RKI - suggests a CT threshold value of 30 - 35 for a positive result. With the tests used, however, the positive signal would still light up at 40.
An example in the New York Times shows what a big difference this makes: a New York laboratory produced 794 positive tests in July. If the threshold for the Ct value there had been lowered to 35, only around half of them would have been positive. With a threshold of 30, around 70 percent of positive test results would have been eliminated.

Thank you for this interview. The key question is and remains whether a PCR test can detect viruses. This question can also be answered in layman's terms if you take a closer look at the test:
Corona viruses do not have DNA, they are RNA viruses. The genetic information of corona viruses is stored in RNA strands. However, the PCR test only works with DNA strands. Therefore, the procedure is as follows (the description of intermediate purification operations is omitted for the sake of clarity):
In a first step, all cells and viruses contained in a test swab are "shredded". A so-called lysis is carried out, which breaks down cells and viruses into their components. The RNA fragments released in this process are then converted into DNA fragments using an enzyme (reverse transferase). (The correct name of the test is therefore RT-PCR) From the DNA fragments, those are selected from which it is assumed that the corresponding RNA fragments only occur in the Corona Sars 2 virus. These cDNA fragments (corresponding DNA) are amplified and detected using the PCR method.
Lysis destroys any viruses contained in the smear - whether infectious or not. As a result of this shredding, there is no virus left after lysis that could be detected. It is also not possible to determine where the RNA fragments in the complex lysis mixture come from. In addition, there is the question of whether the selected cDNA fragments are specific for Corona Sars 2 or whether the selected sequences can also be found in other corona viruses or whether identical DNA sequences originate from other cells present in the smear. The test therefore cannot determine whether infectious viruses are present in a smear or not. This fact should also be comprehensible to laypersons, lawyers and politicians.

Accomplice? Joint liability?
As an employee of a freelance general practice, I would like to report the following observation from March 2020.
In March, certain patients were sent for a nasopharyngeal swab with subsequent evaluation by a
RNA test for SARS-CoV-2 from Roche
They had the smear test carried out in a so-called fever outpatient clinic (business model of the Baden-Württemberg Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians):
1) a patient coerced by her legally authorized employer (public service) and
2) a patient coerced by his anxious wife,
Both patients around 60 years young, each after a previous sudden onset of influenza with very high fever for days in waves.
(All other patients in our practice were reassured by other means, without testing, and were given sick leave if necessary).
The laboratory results were then
in a copy of our practice because we have been appointed as a family doctor, and,
because the tests were positive, a second copy was sent to the responsible health authority,
with the consequence that those tested were ordered to quarantine and undergo official health surveillance.
After two weeks we, as general practitioners, were forced by the employers, via our patients, to certify that the people were (again) healthy and able to work.
Damage incurred? Persons injured?
The patient under public law continued to receive her full salary as a civil servant.
The employee aged 60 received 100% continued payment of salary.
Only their employers and we, the tax and contribution payers, and we, the doctors' surgeries, who had to spend an extreme amount of time explaining to politically and media-disinformed and panicked patients that a virus has no life of its own and is rendered harmless by our immune system, were thus harmed. Each of us in the doctor's office has worked at least 200 hours of overtime, for which the organized criminals have not yet been compensated.
Liable persons?
Every laboratory doctor and scientist must know that a PCR test never detects a disease, not even an infection. Instead, an infection is determined clinically. (Of course, the first thing we did in March and April was to measure the fever of every patient with cold symptoms).
Our medium-sized laboratory, which has always provided excellent and legally sound advice, had therefore expressly stated in its laboratory findings that the result of the RNA test merely represents a presumption about the presence of a sequence, but says nothing definite about whether the person on whom the throat and nose swab was taken has been or is currently infected with a virus and/or is ill and/or has formed antibodies.
We have explained this clearly to all our patients and expressly advised them not to undergo any tests. Every GP should be able to read and understand these findings.
However, doctors in private practice are allowing themselves to become accomplices in the PCR conspiracy, whether out of ignorance, financial need or greed.
I would also like to point out that the German Medical Association is the direct legal successor to the Reich Medical Association, which was appropriated by the National Socialists at the time, withdrew the licenses of Jewish doctors and whose ("Aryan") forced members actively participated in the "extermination of unworthy life" without being punished.
Even today, forced members of the professions who are not loyal to the line are still directly persecuted with Nazi injustice.
Finally, a quote from the assessor of his state medical association from a social court (recourse) process (1980s last century) of the health insurance funds against a practicing doctor who had been accused (final judgement "wrongly") of billing fraud with a certain, allegedly not provided ENT service (quote):
"We've always had such trouble with your grandfather."
Resolution: The grandfather of the doctor in private practice had been mayor and a declared opponent of the NSDAP and, after being abducted and tortured, only escaped secret execution by the local Gestapo henchmen in the very last days of the war by a stroke of luck. After the war, he was immediately re-elected mayor of his town.

On the Internet, however, you can find a report from correctiv.org about Mr. Drosten's test and statements from laboratories claiming that this PCR test is almost 100% safe with the statement of an infection.
