Assassinations and attacks, knife attacks and murders, crises and a lust for war. If you take a look at social media, a new, even worse piece of bad news seems to reach Germany's news world almost every day. What happens next is far more certain than the oft-cited Amen in the rainbow church. Every tragedy is followed by a never-ending emotional rollercoaster ride of sympathy and anger. The common denominator despite all the differences between the disasters? It's always about three things. It's about the victim, the perpetrator and the motive for the crime, as well as the crucial question "Should we call a spade a spade?". One after the other.
The scandal surrounding the singing Sylt snobs happened what felt like light years ago. The perpetrators were named and their faces were shown because, according to the public service interpretation, it was a historical event. The motive was beyond question. They were Nazis who shouted their right-wing extremist ideas to the world. The victim was nothing less than democracy, which was on the brink of collapse.
Roderich Kiesewetter was also a victim. The CDU politician was allegedly attacked and pushed at an election campaign event in Aalen on June 1. Allegedly, apparently and probably because, strangely enough, there is no footage, even though everyone else twitches their smartphone at such an event. The alleged perpetrator presents the facts differently. However, the perpetrator is said to come from the lateral thinker party "DieBasis". It is common knowledge what to make of these left-wing, right-wing enemies of democracy. Motive clear, case solved. The war hardliner Kiesewetter was sure to receive cross-party sympathy.
Of course, there are also cases with an unclear political motive, such as the knife murder of police officer Rouven Laur, committed by 25-year-old Afghan Sulaiman A. Sulaiman was initially only "presumed" to be the perpetrator, although video recordings documented the murder. In contrast to the police officer, the actual target of the attack, Michael Stürzenberger, received little sympathy. He is still alive, albeit badly scarred. Stürzenberger was also an Islamophobe. Here too, supposedly and allegedly. If you go to the sources, Stürzenberger does differentiate between peaceful Muslims and radical Islamism. Be that as it may. The Bundestag celebrated its consternation in a small memorial service, including a minute's silence, and thanked Rouven for his commitment to democracy and freedom. I did not hear a self-critical word as to whether the politics of the last decade bears any moral responsibility for Rouven Laur's death.
Memorial and mourning ceremonies are important. At least when the violence comes from the far-right spectrum. Hashtag saytheirnames! Names must be named and memorials erected. On May 29, 1993, there was a racially motivated arson attack in Solingen. This is commemorated year after year, including last week. The names of the five Turkish victims are still being mentioned 31 years later. The murder of Walter Lübcke, committed on June 1, 2019, was also given a big political media stage. Don't get me wrong. I think that's right. But I could list several murders and attacks from the extreme left and Islamist milieu from the last few decades. There are no commemorations, no memorials, no names. I think that's wrong.
Speaking of names. Heinrich Koch. It took a while before the name of the AfD politician who was attacked and injured with a box cutter when he tried to stop a young man from removing AfD posters was reported. Unlike the Sylt snobs, this perpetrator had no motive, let alone an extreme left-wing one. He was simply mentally disturbed. This was established by the police officers with their medical expertise at police headquarters immediately after the crime. There were clear indications of mental illness in the 25-year-old suspect. This was stated in the police press release. So the perpetrator was immediately taken to a psychiatric ward.
I'm sure I missed one or two attacks or even a further escalation of the war. This column is written from memory and is mediocrely researched. I had to say goodbye to the unreal reality for the last 24 hours. My emotional capacity is limited and threatened to overflow. How do you deal with all this madness? I reached into my movie box. At least then I know that it's all just fiction. I intuitively chose the Italian western "Spiel mir das Lied vom Tod", an overlong classic.
Charles Bronson as a fart-dry fighter for justice on a vendetta. Although the movie lasts almost three hours, Bronson hardly speaks a sentence. I would recommend this to many a politician who expresses his hypocritical consternation in the same old text blocks. Bronson's opponent, the murderer of his parents played by Henry Fonda, was called Frank. What was Bronson's name in the movie? Hashtag sayhisname! He didn't have a name, apart from Harmonica Man. The lead role in the movie was a "one-man". He was not tangible. How were his opponents supposed to deduce his motives when they couldn't even give the kid a name?
And now I'm looking for the movie "Spiel mir das Lied vom Leben". The movie takes place in reality. I am grateful for any tips.

In my opinion, the findings on population growth are not included ?
I was born in 1949, when there were demonstrably 2.5 billion people living on the earth; in my lifetime a tripling, now there are 8 billion!
*!* Would you like to be included in journalistic research, why ?
Since settling down, humans have increasingly objectified the goods of the earth and themselves and quantified them with claims of ownership. Initially, the distribution rivalries in the developing pecuniary control systems were still moderate, there were only a few people and the earth still had plenty of space.
*!* But now there are 8 billion people. Selfish polarization can be felt everywhere!
!!! Of course, enlightened understanding would like to establish itself via self-love, unbiased acceptance of the fellow human being, provided that he is really liked, but it remains with attempts, also why ?
*!* The over-abundance of us, equipped with partly medieval thought structures, will not necessarily allow such an altruistic endeavor, now again why ?
### Survival depends on economic conditions, if these are no longer met, there will be re-sorting or elimination. Ultimately, it's all about power and money at the moment and the dominant players will also incorporate pro-life trends in a pecuniary manner because cognitive conditions dictate it!
??? How is loving togetherness supposed to unfold if it is trapped in a corset of circumstances that it cannot influence ? All that remains is to 'take oneself out' and now it becomes difficult!
*! * To live as an enlightened personality with dignity => with this amount only works in and with material freedom or a benevolent alimentation.
Yes, it's very far-fetched: The alternative would be *to ask oneself, do I want this*, not necessarily to be motivated by dependencies, i.e. no longer to be a needy person, then possibly according to Iris von Roten: "Just as a guest must know when it is time to leave, so one should also rise from the table of life in good time" Not to continue to expose oneself to the coming decimation dramas, in the knowledge that everything is connected with everything else, that personal life is dissolved in the orchestra of infinity.
We should ask the Egyptian Grand Mufti, as the highest authority there in matters of legal opinion, called a fatwa, whether these attacks are compatible with Muslim law. I think definitely not. All the war cries about holy war have nothing to do with official Islam. New Coptic churches are being built in Egypt and the Christian minority is protected. Nobody is talking about that here, but it would be good for mutual understanding between Westerners and Muslims if more people knew about it. The assassin is said to be a young father with two small children to whom he can no longer be a father. He abandons his wife and disappears into prison indefinitely. It was worth it to him. What kind of unbelievable hatred drives such people, how many of them live among us? This unbounded hatred to which we find ourselves exposed is caused, most recently, by our impotent watching in Gaza despite the clear legal assessment established by the International Criminal Court. This has led to arrest warrants against some Hamas leaders and against the Israeli head of government. Over the decades, there has been a long series of acts by our allies that have made us as Westerners increasingly detestable. Germany's latest fall from grace was the defense of democracy in the Hindu Kush - German soldiers died there without any legal basis and without any sense of responsibility. Unregulated immigration, which is accepted by many well-meaning people, is probably not a solution; even the status quo holds the prospect of radical upheavals, not least as a result of demographic developments. The danger of civil war-like conditions will become obvious to everyone in one or two decades. Long-term thinking is not the strength of Westerners, our politics only think in terms of election periods and polls, that's different in the Muslim world, just like in China, I'm sure we can learn from them.
