How we mess with nature

Was the recent red dust really of natural origin? There are those who doubt this [1]. The fact is: there is weather manipulation, it could also be used to manipulate the climate, there are various methods, and there are groups that have a motive to do so. This research article takes a closer look at these facts.

There is a constant debate about how much of climate change or global warming is man-made. Some groups say nothing at all, others say very little, others say a lot or even everything. However, the "very much" camp in particular can be divided into two groups: "very much, and it is happening because we are not limiting ourselves enough" and "very much, and it is intentional".

Intentionally?

While in Europe and East Africa the drought period lasts longer from year to year, there has literally been an abundance of water on the Arabian Peninsula since 1991; in this context, there is even talk on the Internet of turbines that influence air currents and clouds and thus produce rain [79], and there is even a video about this [78, 79]. According to these sources, the unnatural shift in humidity and temperature is caused by climate control methods; unnatural climate change is truly man-made, but also by people who control the climate for military and commercial purposes. 

This sounds like paranoia at first, but weather or climate control really does exist. There are patents [21, 22], conferences [24, 25], statements by scientists and corresponding scientific publications [26, 27, 28, 29, 123, 124], statements by real-life pilots and military personnel [119, 120, 121, 122, 125] and corresponding companies [30, 31, 32]. 

Climate or weather control is practiced by companies and governments in order to increase agricultural yields or protect regions from extreme weather events. The UN keeps records of such programs, and projects to control hailstorms in Germany are also listed [112]. However, there is also the opposite: weather modifications that are intended to destroy the harvests of enemy nations or make military operations by enemy troops more difficult [128]. The USA, and here above all the CIA, demonstrably used such technologies several times in the 1960s and 1970s, for example in Asia or Cuba [36, 37, 111], even if the agency tends to keep a low profile here [116]. Internal CIA documents also discuss the spread and control of diseases via the air and the covering of polar regions with soot to increase the earth's temperature [10, 11, 12]. The CIA has been a leader in this field since the 1960s [2, 10, 11, 12, 113, 117, 129], but there are also programs by other actors [3]; Germany, for example, is active in the field of cloud seeding [4]. Russia has corresponding programs [5], as does the USA [19, 20, 34, 118], the United Kingdom [33] and also Dubai, where torrential rains recently occurred precisely because of these programs; Dubai had deployed seven aircraft for cloud seeding shortly before the April rains [6, 7, 8, 9, 23].  There are also voices that attribute the heavy rainfall in Dubai to climate change [185], although we will discuss later who would have a motive to claim this. The fact is that, due to propaganda and censorship, journalists and scientists, and the general population in general, tend to support the hypothesis put forward by the majority [35] and write along these lines rather than describing a rather unknown situation that requires more expertise. This is probably the reason for the media's neglect of the topic. However, the lack of popularity of the topic has neither prevented China from manipulating the weather for the Olympic Games [13, 14, 15, 16, 17], nor the former Soviet Union from deliberately raining down radioactive clouds from Chernobyl over Belarus [18].

Various methods can be used to control the weather and climate, but these are not without side effects (see below and Fig. 1).

One possibility, for example, is the so-called Cloud seedingin which various companies and institutions around the world are involved [50, 51, 52, 70]. Particles (artificial nanoparticles, silver iodide or ions) are sprayed into the earth's atmosphere, on which the water forms droplets and then rains down [1, 70, 71, 72]; rain can also be generated via electrical impulses [1]. 

Water vapor also has an effect on the Earth's temperature and can be used to change it accordingly - in both directions [73, 77]. Cosmic radiation and space weather also influence the climate [80], solar cycles must also be mentioned here [145, 146, 147], and the effects of space weather can now also be at least partially modified [81].

Furthermore, solar radiation can be blocked by aerosols sprayed into the atmosphere, so that the atmosphere cools down, but this can also backfire, because deeper layers heat up as a result [73, 74].  This method is also called Solar Radiation Management [76], and our German Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies is of course also involved, as are other NGOs  (such as George Soros' Open Socitey Foundation) and state institutions [75, 148]. In general, such modifications occur regularly every year, especially in the USA, and many of the companies mentioned there actually exist [43, 44, 45, 46, 47]. One of the players is the Desert Research Institute, for example, and one of the institute's executives previously worked for the Bill Gates spin-off IBM [45, 150]. Another of the companies currently digitizing everything in the field and dealing with the topic of weather, The Climate Corp, has been owned by Monsanto since 2013, and Monsanto has extensive financial ties with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation [48, 49, 130]. Oxford University conducts research on the topic and is also supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation [126, 127]. Bill Gates is active in the agricultural sector with various major investments [38, 39, 40], he is naturally interested in the weather and funds corresponding research [41], and not only he or George Soros, because other super-rich people have also invested here [42]. 

In 2018, Iran accused Israel of causing clouds to rain prematurely before they reached Iranian airspace [53] and also mentions military operations against Cuba, where, according to Iran, the US used this method to negatively affect Cuban agriculture [54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60]. 

In this context, it must be noted that there is a difference between chemtrails and contrails, even if both are regularly seen in the sky. Chemtrails are particles or aerosols sprayed by aircraft for geoengineering purposes, while contrails are water vapor emitted by aircraft [122]. The US Congress had already declared chemtrails to be a weapon in 2001 and banned their use in the USA [82]. The fact that chemtrails are real is also shown by the fact that the US Air Force published a training manual on the subject in 1990 [83] and by the above-mentioned statements by various pilots and military personnel. Aerosols are sprayed into the sky [61], and this spraying with the resulting pollution in the form of particles heats up the earth [62, 63, 64, 65]; military organizations are also involved here [66, 83]. As a result, the atmosphere is polluted with particles that have a negative impact on climate and health [67, 68, 69].

For this and other reasons, scientists are opposed to giving geoengineering blanket approval; there must be time for a scientifically sound consensus [84]. The attentive reader of the CdkW has also heard such criticism elsewhere, when hasty and counterproductive decisions were made in the context of the corona measures [152]?

Just like the corona measures [153], weather and climate manipulation technologies are not without side effects [85]. Since ecosystems are very complex and can be influenced by even small changes, it should always be carefully considered whether geoengineering should really be used [86], see Dubai [88]. Scientists consider geoengineering to be unsafe in terms of unexpected effects with all their negative and legal consequences [87]. According to a publication by the Heinrich Böll Foundation, the technologies used can have a range of negative effects [131] or simply be used deliberately in the opposite direction [132].

And yet another man-made cause of global warming raises the question of whether this is accidental or intentional: Rocket launches can also have a negative effect on the climate [89]. One study found increased temperatures and changes in the clouds in the vicinity of a launch station. The authors conclude from this that the station must be protected against climate change; but perhaps the climate in front of the station as well [90]?

It has been proven that the liquid rocket engines cause ozone holes [91], and the stratosphere can also be influenced by the launches, which can increase the Earth's temperature [92]. It is interesting to note in this context that, according to a study, autism cases have risen in California due to increased ozone exposure [110]. Pollution from Falcon rocket launches in the USA negatively influences the situation in the Earth's atmosphere in a similar way to the above-mentioned solar radiation management [93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 176], in addition to acoustic shock waves that disturb the Earth's ionosphere [98]. The number of launches per year tends to correlate with the temperature in the USA (correlation coefficient 0.487, calculated with data from [99, 100]). In June and July 2021, it was particularly hot in the western US [101, 102, 103, 104], and four rocket launches took place in June 2021 [99]. A correlation does not prove causality, but it does mean that it could be worth investigating this connection further. Heatwaves also occurred in the USA in July 2019, August 2020, June 2022 and July 2023 [105, 106, 107, 108]. The number of annual rocket launches has recently increased [99, 109] (see Fig. 2 and 3), and the emissions from such a rocket are considerable, as videos show [151].

So perhaps the heatwaves increased with the rocket launches, or perhaps they simply increased because that's just the way it is in the USA, or perhaps it wasn't just rockets that helped, but other things as well, who knows. In any case, it has been proven that it is possible to help things along and that the launches (whether intentional or not) have an impact on the climate (see above). Nevertheless, a rocket is launched for all sorts of reasons: the first Tesla in space, art projects, space funerals, satellites (including many military satellites and earth observation) and "intelligence payloads" [133]. The US Air Force is working with Elon Musk's SpaceX [134, 135], Taiwan with the USA [136], and the defense company Northrop Grumman has also had cargo transported [137]. In view of the ecological consequences [138], the question of whether all this is really necessary must be allowed. But there seem to be various financial interests behind it, not only in listed companies such as Northrop Grumman [139, 140] or Boeing [141], but also in the NGOs that support the rocket and satellite program of Mauritius [142] or Luxembourg [99, 143], for example. Companies involved in space programs also work together with Google [144]. 

There are numerous financial incentives to promote man-made global warming or other man-made environmental damage and to use it for one's own purposes. Not only climate, but also catastrophes are used to exert influence, because there is also good money to be made [114, 115]. Global warming (accidental, faked or deliberately caused), pandemics or other disasters can be used to create good reasons to steer humanity, making it easier to "manage". In this context, the human farming [175, 182, 184] outlined in the novel "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley and in the film "The Matrix" should be mentioned, where the broad mass of the population is primarily seen in its function as a henchman for the leadership. De facto, we are already at a point where large parts of the population only live to consume the products of large corporations and fit into the system and are also prepared for this in their education from the outset [174]. Various restrictions can be used to exercise power, such as controlling the way we move around or live, justified by climate protection: Cars with tracking and listening devices [168, 169], electric cars with a short range in the lower price segment [165], price increases and bans on individual local public transport [154, 162, 163, 164] or in the area of private homes due to stricter requirements for insulation and heating [160], but also concrete climate lockdowns such as in Israel or the so-called 15-minute cities [169, 170, 171], all with the main argument of climate protection or another catastrophe. The C40 initiative financed by George Soros' Open Society Foundation, among others, gives an indication that almost anything could be justified with such arguments; the basic tenor seems to be "stay at home and do what we say, otherwise you will endanger yourself and others" [177, 186]. Pressure is currently being exerted on homeowners in various ways, not only through energy regulations [187]. Insurance against natural hazards, for example, is not easy to obtain [180], groundwater levels in parts of northern Germany (no trace of heat-related drought, see Fig. 4) are currently higher than ever [182] and could of course theoretically be manipulated by heavy rainfall such as in Dubai. All of this is of course a danger for homeowners. These interrelationships make independence more difficult [161], and the listed company Vonovia is already waiting for all those who will soon no longer be able to afford their homes [155, 156, 157, 158, 159]. The so-called "climate-born diseases", which are claimed to be able to cause further pandemics, are another suitable means of exerting pressure, i.e. according to this theory, it is possible that dangerous pandemics could be caused by an increase in the earth's temperature [178]. It is known that there were a number of profiteers during the coronavirus crisis [179], so there is also a motive here. Will the buck stop here? In any case, Bill Gates is already working on technocratic measures against global warming and will certainly pay dearly for them if necessary [149], and Klaus Schwab from the World Economic Forum (WEF) is also not idle when it comes to general scaremongering [172]; the WEF's technocratic mania goes so far that elections are to be replaced by AI forecasts [183]. Everything is already planned for us, we just have to sit in our drawers, and because everyone believes in climate change, pandemics or whatever else, everyone goes along with it.

Is all this now proof that the weather and climate are being manipulated on a large scale, chemicals are being sprayed and temperature-increasing measures are being used? No, not directly. But when have the powerful, secret services and governments ever not done something they can do if it benefits them? The doubts about the Sahara dust could be justified...
